I am following up on my unresolved complaint regarding my order of 3 Foldover Meals placed on 24 January via the App. I collected the meals through the drive-through, and upon arriving home, I found that the foldovers were extremely small in portion size. I immediately attempted to call the branch but received no answer. I then sent an email to the email address on the receipt ( customer.care@za.mcd.com)on the same day, including a photo of the foldovers together, but have not received any response to date. This lack of acknowledgment is disappointing, and I kindly request that you address this matter promptly its been nearly a month UNACCEPTABLE Thank you for your attention to this matter. Monday 5 September @ 17:30 at Landsdown Mc Donals I orders 3x big mac meals, 1 x happy meal and I normally check my meals but I was in such a rush because my 2 kids and baby was inthe car so we quickly when via the drive through. When we got home only to find the most horrible burgers ever The happy meal only had cheese and curkens on NO BURGER . My son came running to me crying and I thought he was making a joke, Only when I open the other 3 meals to find that 1 x Big mac burger buns was upside down with no sauce (have pics) 1 x big mac burger only had 1 burger on 1 x Big Mac no salad and sauce a complete dry roll AFter this I immediately believed my little boy whom I felt so bad for not believing him the 1st time around. I immediately called the branch - Google the number :: 021 703 1202 - no answer . I refused to put my kids back in the car to drive all the way there again as by then it was too late. I called again today from office still no answer. I have taken pictures of everything as proof and I wish the management team can see this review because My family had the worst experience ever and my kids I ended up making them super, which was a night I had in mind treating them failed big time
Beyond angry and frustrated with this people I placed 2 separate order on the 28 November, only 1 item arrived of the 1 package amd none of the big order. I sent several emails NO REPLY!!!!! Eventually on Thursday 9 December I called and was told the 1 order, missing item is out of stock, no explanation why no reply on emails . When asked about my big order,which shows shipped 2weeks ago. I was told the courier company van broke down and as the guy waited for help he was robbed 🤔 I was promised they will call me back with feedback with vouchers or refund n still nothing. No customer service at all No apology No proper feedback You have to literally call them,instead of them calling you why things not being delivered.
