I keep making a follow up with my claim with the third party specialist Gigi Groenewald but she keeps dismissing me and saying that they will either contact me or my query has been escalated to whoever, this accident happened on 24/12/24 and to date my car is not fixed that was bumped by a Super Group truck while parked. I submitted all the forms and information that was required and was told my query or rather claim would be attended too.. I since submitted all doc on 30.01.24 as requested, made written follow ups and telephonic follow ups, if the receptionist does not say she is on lunch she takes the call n my details to contact me back… to date no telephonic or written feedback received… is this how people are treated when your client is in the wrong and you requested all communication to be directed to you and not them? I will send a follow up each day on this platform until my car is fixed.
