I keep making a follow up with my claim with the third party specialist Gigi Groenewald but she keeps dismissing me and saying that they will either contact me or my query has been escalated to whoever, this accident happened on 24/12/24 and to date my car is not fixed that was bumped by a Super Group truck while parked. I submitted all the forms and information that was required and was told my query or rather claim would be attended too.. I since submitted all doc on 30.01.24 as requested, made written follow ups and telephonic follow ups, if the receptionist does not say she is on lunch she takes the call n my details to contact me back… to date no telephonic or written feedback received… is this how people are treated when your client is in the wrong and you requested all communication to be directed to you and not them? I will send a follow up each day on this platform until my car is fixed.

The worst Insurance claim administrator to ever have existed on the whole planet. If a person ever bumps you and is using this company, please do not ever listen to that insurance story rather ask for them to settle and later ask them to claim it from their MCB insurance. This company MCB look for reasons of not paying, and only tells you something else each time you follow up. I concluded that they look for a reason of not paying. They always start a sentence on an email with "Without Prejudice". My incident occurred on the 16th of July 2024 and after submitting everything, I followed for the last time October 2024, and was told my affidavit was not sufficient, do you really need to wait 3 months to tell me that? because if I come again with a new one, they were going to say something else. that is when I realize I am chasing the wind here!!! what an *********, "under the tree company ". Rating for MCB is minus 100

I was involved in an accident on the 24th of June 2024, I was bumped on my back on the right corner side of my car by a PPC truck. We waited for the traffic officers and the accident report was taken. The next day I spoke with a gentleman named Francis Pheto at PPC who phoned me and asked for the case number which I sent to him. The following day he said my case has been transferred to their transport manager Ronnie which Francis gave me Ronnie's contact details. I contacted Ronnie Stephens from PPC on the 28th of June 2024 and he asked for my e-mail address which I sent him. On the 3rd of July 2024 I sent Ronnie a WhatsApp message asking for the feedback, he said he was waiting for a reference number and that in the meantime I sent him a quotation for repair which I did sent the quotation the very same day. On the 4th of July 2024 I received an e-mail from Ronnie Stephens with their claim number (24/803/01026) and the person from their insurance I must speak to, the woman's name from the insurance (MCB Insurance) is Gigi Groenewald. I sent the e-mail to Gigi on the 8th of July 2024 telling her that I was referred by Ronnie. She responded to my e-mail the next day asking me to provide her with the claim number which I sent to her. On the 9th of July 2024 she sent me a third-party process form to fill, and I did so and sent it back to her with the accident report and the video of where my vehicle was damaged because I did not have the pictures only did a video on the day of the accident and never heard of her. I phoned on the 11th of July 2024, and she was so rude to me saying that she will look at her e-mail, I phoned her to check if she received the video on her side and the form, I sent with the accident report. On the 16th of July 2024 I sent her an e-mail with feedback, but she did not get back to me. I phoned her again on the 18th of July 2024 asking her why is she quiet, and she said she's waiting for my e-mail and I said I did sent her an e-mail already on the 9th, she checked and said the documents are missing and that I should sent my vehicle registration document, another quote, the letter from my insurance, my ID and driver's license copy, and our agreement was that I will send all the documents later this week. After getting out of the call with her I phoned my insurance requesting for the letter which they sent but the dates were wrong I phoned them again so I'm waiting for the updated letter, all the documents I have except for the letter. Later that day I received an e-mail from her changing the story that their client was not wrong and that I'm liable to pay for my damages, after driving around looking for a panel beater to do another quotation, spending my money and petrol doing quotations, and that she'll be on leave the next day. I spoke with her earlier that day at 12:41pm for 8minutes (I have the recording) telling me which documents I must submit but she had failed to tell me about her "taking leave" and that the story has changed. I am beyond angry and annoyed because these people were going to pay for the damages which their client caused. I was bumped at the back corner right side of my car, now they are changing the story that they will not pay. I'm a single parent of 2 boys, if I had the money to fix my car I would've, the quotes are around R8000 which my access is R8600 which is I do not have.

Worst company to ever deal with. Such high and might attitudes. I cannot understand how they are still in business. They handle Third Party Claims for C***** SA which is another company that is dragging South Africa into the mud. I suppose the less MCB pays on claims against C***** the more they get paid.

Useless, they blame the innocent when it comes the clients clearly at fault. Now the guilty yet again gets away with everything after weeks of fighting to get answers. Now all of a sudden there has been decision made by THEIR court. Whole lot of bull****. Talk about getting payed for robbing the poor and giving to the rich..

I am so shocked and disappointed by the level of disrespect, incompetency, and unprofessionalism from MCB and their third party specialist Marche Botes. On 28 October 2022 on Friday around 7:45 I was driving at Archerfish DR Kaalfontein, it was raining there was traffic, the other vehicle (taxis) were overtaking and they blocking the road and the traffic was stagnant. The traffic light turned green just as I approached the stop sign, and I indicated to the right. A SBV vehicle registration No: FC 76 HT GP came on facing an on coming traffic. The SBV vehicle bumped and scratched my vehicle, on the bumper left side. My vehicle was scratched and the bumper was scratched and it almost fell off. The rear left light is also damaged and also the car boot was impacted. After hearing the impact sound I stopped and I got outside the vehicle, the SBV vehicle driver Mr. J.S Ntshaba also got out. We observed the impact, he admitted that he was wrong wrong.I wanted to call the police and he indicated they carry cash and they will not be able to wait. He then took my contact details and he indicated that he will call me the following. The following day the driver called me and he took details. I also went to police station and they gave me an accident report number. The MCB third party specialist requested me to send her a : Written description and sketch (LOD) ,Copy of Driver’s Licence ,Copy of the Registration Certificate,2 x Quotations ,A letter from Insurance company confirming that you are not claiming on your own insurance or an Affidavit stating that you are not insured and Photos of the damages (1 showing registration number, 1 x showing license disc and the rest of the damages). I emailed them all the documents they have requested. after a week Marche Botes sent me an email that MCB will not entertain my claim because their driver reported to them that I was driving on the wrong side of the road and turned to SBV path of travel, damaging my vehicle in the process. The SBV driver sketch was wrong and the statement he gave was wrong. I requested Marche Botes to retrieve the footage because the SBV vehicle has surveillance cameras and her response was that the cameras were not triggered on the day accident occurred. I am so disappointed and emotionally traumatized because my car is damaged and the MCB does not want to take the responsibility. The SBV driver lied ( I hear that that they are trained not to admit when they are wrong) and the sketch he provided is totally wrong. Firstly, if I was facing an incoming traffic how come that the SBV vehicle bump my vehicle on the left side, if I was facing the incoming traffic the SBV vehicle was going to bump me on the right side. Secondly the SBV vehicle has surveillance cameras surveilling the car outside. Why they did not check cameras to see what exactly transpired on the day of the accident. Referring to the sketch provided by the SBV driver, he indicated on the sketch that Archerfish Drive is two ways when going up while it a one way up and it two ways when going down (Refer on google map). The SVB driver Mr. J.S Ntshaba is the one who was facing an incoming traffic. I was expecting a swift and professional service from MCB, not this rubbish. I kindly request that you attend this matter, or I will escalate to another level.

It's a shame that big organizations is found robbing clients over their claims through their so called Anthony PVW inc. 6 January SG convennrence truck company bumped my vehicle behind due to breaks failure according to the driver in his accident report. After submitting all required documents its now 8 months Tracy Barney of MCB and Philip Towsen of PVW inc they busy give endless promises of paying the claim saying the insurance company MCB is still thinking of the amount of pay. My advice to the public and to minister of transport is 1 They are big transport companies like SG convenrence that which fills our roads with unroad weth trucks. 2 Those companies they us unprofessional insurance companies like MCB which stand to defrauded citizens through delay tactics and threats citizens through the unprofessional law firm like PVW inc who ask one document multiple times, Philip Towsen 3 It is high time the relevant part looks in victims of these three companies and their links which stand to deprive the citizens of claims the suffer during road accidents
