They overcharged me and I called in on the 22nd to request for a refund not the money to be credited into my account, the lady confirmed that she will log a refund and someone will call me. No one phoned, I called today on the 26th the gentleman confirmed that the money was credited into my account which is something I didn’t ask to be done I asked for a refund, now he said a refund takes up to 14days, what kind of nonsense is this!
They don’t even deserve 1 star 😡 I’ve made arrangements to pay my account as the amount was too high for me, arrangement was granted now I’m receiving SMS’s that my account is handed over, for what if there’s an arrangement in place, and I have never missed 1 payment. Pathcare is bull🤬

I took my car for repairs last year between Aug or September 2024, they didn’t use the correct paint on my car, they broke my light and ruined my boot mat, I’ve been calling them to date to but the light they broke and my mat to date, the owner has been doing duck and dive with me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!! Horrible service 😡😡😡😡
The service was perfect, I was contacted every week with regards to my car, on what part they are waiting for, and how far they are. I’m very happy, my car is fixed beyond my expectations. 1 thing though, my car battery was very low because my car was standing for over a month. But overall service was top notch! I recommend VDS auto body!

I was involved in an accident on the 24th of June 2024, I was bumped on my back on the right corner side of my car by a PPC truck. We waited for the traffic officers and the accident report was taken. The next day I spoke with a gentleman named Francis Pheto at PPC who phoned me and asked for the case number which I sent to him. The following day he said my case has been transferred to their transport manager Ronnie which Francis gave me Ronnie's contact details. I contacted Ronnie Stephens from PPC on the 28th of June 2024 and he asked for my e-mail address which I sent him. On the 3rd of July 2024 I sent Ronnie a WhatsApp message asking for the feedback, he said he was waiting for a reference number and that in the meantime I sent him a quotation for repair which I did sent the quotation the very same day. On the 4th of July 2024 I received an e-mail from Ronnie Stephens with their claim number (24/803/01026) and the person from their insurance I must speak to, the woman's name from the insurance (MCB Insurance) is Gigi Groenewald. I sent the e-mail to Gigi on the 8th of July 2024 telling her that I was referred by Ronnie. She responded to my e-mail the next day asking me to provide her with the claim number which I sent to her. On the 9th of July 2024 she sent me a third-party process form to fill, and I did so and sent it back to her with the accident report and the video of where my vehicle was damaged because I did not have the pictures only did a video on the day of the accident and never heard of her. I phoned on the 11th of July 2024, and she was so rude to me saying that she will look at her e-mail, I phoned her to check if she received the video on her side and the form, I sent with the accident report. On the 16th of July 2024 I sent her an e-mail with feedback, but she did not get back to me. I phoned her again on the 18th of July 2024 asking her why is she quiet, and she said she's waiting for my e-mail and I said I did sent her an e-mail already on the 9th, she checked and said the documents are missing and that I should sent my vehicle registration document, another quote, the letter from my insurance, my ID and driver's license copy, and our agreement was that I will send all the documents later this week. After getting out of the call with her I phoned my insurance requesting for the letter which they sent but the dates were wrong I phoned them again so I'm waiting for the updated letter, all the documents I have except for the letter. Later that day I received an e-mail from her changing the story that their client was not wrong and that I'm liable to pay for my damages, after driving around looking for a panel beater to do another quotation, spending my money and petrol doing quotations, and that she'll be on leave the next day. I spoke with her earlier that day at 12:41pm for 8minutes (I have the recording) telling me which documents I must submit but she had failed to tell me about her "taking leave" and that the story has changed. I am beyond angry and annoyed because these people were going to pay for the damages which their client caused. I was bumped at the back corner right side of my car, now they are changing the story that they will not pay. I'm a single parent of 2 boys, if I had the money to fix my car I would've, the quotes are around R8000 which my access is R8600 which is I do not have.

I had contract with MTN for data, my data was vanishing the very same day the put data when I called in no one couldn’t answer, so I opted to terminate my contract early, this happened in May. I received an email of the amount I was supposed to pay which I paid, I never got any response, this month (July) they deducted money from my account, when I called they told me the contract is still active it was never terminated so they gave me an another amount to pay, who’s liable to pay for that amount because I already paid the amount they gave me. Customer service is the worst, I emailed them last week, still waiting for the their response even now
