I am struggling to get a third party claim settled. The person I use to correspond with email's keep coming back. I also cannot get hold of her on the phone
I made my payment but are struggling to get them to activate my decoders. I have send mails to help@dstv.com it shows it was delivered and read but no one even bother to respond. I am very disappointed with their service and considering it to suspend my subscription They don't send me any statements
They called me regarding my account that was due at Bonitas. I explained to them that the account was paid in full and send them the paid in full letter several times. The payments was with another company. But still they are calling me. Then I give them the email address of the person that I send to the letter. But still they keep calling.
