Was adding an additional car to an existing cover, the agent was clear and helpful otherwise I’m not impressed with the premium but it’s all good
So I’ve been on the phone trying to reach myriad and they keep putting me on hold, I have made 3 contact attempts already which is costly as I hold hoping the currently busy agents will take my call but instead hand up. Please get your call centre staff trained and not to mute calls or hang up as these calls are not free!!! I need to discuss my mothers policy and you need to call me back, you had arranged to double deduct her premium since Oct and nothing had been done and we keep being told that she is behind with payments, that double deduction needs to happen this month or alternatively just give the details for me to make an EFT
I was kept on the phone for over an hour, this is a call that I made to Momentum to assist with my mother’s life insurance.. I was taken from pillar to post on my account, asked the gentlemen who took the call from “myriad” but couldn’t assist me to call me and my mother back as the department he was supposedly transferring me to could not assist. That call has still not been received by me or my mother, really pathetic and ***********!! You still need to call n explain why my mother is paying so much for a small payout.. ripoff!!
Burger King Arcadia, please retrain your staff to be customer centric, we walked inn, nobody cared to help us for a good 3-5min.. The ladies just kept going about their day without greeting or telling us their still busy and will attend to us, no communication and we just stood there, till we decided to leave and go to another one in Kolonade which always has the best service, check your Cameras between 19:30 and 19:40… Two ladies … trashy service
I was assisted swiftly but the agent did not explain much in detail, only answered what I asked and gave answers without explanation for thorough understanding so some things can be avoided in future, like missing deadlines n and not receiving any courtesy reminders of expiring services and if I would like to renew or not.
I have been reporting maintenance issues since 25June, for my geyser and the person all these issues are being reported too is not of great help and just reads the texts and leaves them read without providing a way forward or solution as to when this will be resolved!!!!! Currently without hot water in this winter season and they are dragging to assist.
The claiming process is very easy n prompt especially because i just leave my vehicle at an approved service provider n they claim on my behalf for the specific service and I don’t have to hassle
Pathetic services, excuse of failure to deliver my parcel on two consecutive days, yesterday 27.05.25 the excuse was that my address was captured incorrect which is absurd as the area code is for Moot in pretoria but they decided to give my parcel to a soshanguve driver because there’s a block 13 on my address how unprofessional to give lame excuses for incorrectly routing my parcel, spoke to Tshegofatso n told her I want my parcel today before 12 and said she would escalate my request but cannot confirm ETA… today I receive an SmS to say my parcel is out for delivery, I relax thinking everything is in order only to call now at 4 to query parcel status n I’m told it will be delivered tomorrow again another excuse trying to say I requested to change my address… What in the pathetic customer service is this, even the supervisor didn’t wanna come to the phone n speak to me, how professional.. bunch of delinquents
We are being charged fees we know nothing off, then when we call to enquire why the call centre is always so busy n keeps you holding for over 30 minutes at my own cost 🚮… really ridiculous service… I could not pay before I had an understanding why my bill was so high then again I’m being charged a reconnection fee.. Absolute madness, atrocious customer service
Been trying to cancel and Sarah kept me on hold for 10minutes, how distasteful is that because I am using my airtime for this call n it’s not attended to. I called again n she again Sarah answered n took my details to put me through to cancellation n i held for again 4 minutes then the line cut/hung up. Please make all this make sense
