Outstanding Service received from Eugene Naidoo at McCarthy VW Durban
While I was away in New York my Husband Navash Persadh decided to something truly special for me so he sold his Golf 5 (2005 model) and purchased me a brand new VW Polo Vivo, Only problem was I missed my connecting flight back to Durban and could not make it to his grand surprise reveal that he planned with Eugene Naidoo from McCarthy VW Durban Dealership I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service my husband and I received from Eugene Naidoo at McCarthy VW Durban. Eugene played a pivotal role with my husband in surprising me with my new 2024 Volkswagen Polo Vivo 1.4, making the entire experience unforgettable. From the moment my husband stepped into the dealership, Eugene's professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine enthusiasm stood out. He took the time to understand my husband's needs and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the surprise was perfectly executed. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction. Even thou I missed the whole unveiling, the joy and excitement I felt when I received a whatsapp video call and watched my son accept the keys on my behalf was beyond words, and it's all thanks to the meticulous planning and coordination by Eugene. He made the car-buying process seamless and enjoyable, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a delightful one. I am incredibly grateful for his assistance and highly recommend Eugene Naidoo from McCarthy VW Durban to anyone looking for a new vehicle. The level of service and care we received was exceptional!! On the 09th November 2023 my partner had taken his Polo into Mccarthyvwdurban(40 Monty Naicker Road South Beach Durban , 4001)to replace the power steering module.When he went back to collect the car the steering colon was pulling to the left & this was not happening before the car was taken in!He then complained to the mechanic who then spoke to the manager who then said they must fix the problem.The service advisor then gave the total cost to replace which was R38 000.They then said the car came in with the following issues & they are going to do free wheel alignment but he is then liable to pay R14 000 for the steering colom & labour will be free.He then said he does not have that kind of money & the manager then said he will call the parts department to see if they could lower the price which they then called for R10 000 & at lowest R8 500 which he must pay for something that was working when the car was taken in.A lawyer had also called them but with no joy as he is still without a car.Mccarthyvwdurban I am so disappointed because over the years I have used your services & you are now refusing to fix my car!!!I don’t think this is fair at all as when I brought my vehicle in it was not pulling to the left!Mccarthyvwdurban fix my car!!!
