On the 1st of January 2025 at approx 16h45 in the evening my family and I had a very poor experience at this takeaway. McDonald's is a family go to especially the store in Bluff Durban. Our order we received was missing 2 items which we paid for. The service was slow and.the restaurant was not even busy for it to be that slow and unorganized. No manager was.on duty. I called the manager and spoke to him this mor.img to explain what happened. He apologized and did not really care about delivering the balance of my.order today. This is theft. I was ****** and I will never go back to this restaurant again. You would think that the manager would have the courtesy of getting someone to deliver thw rest of my order to me but again poor management on the Mcdonald Bluff in Durban once again! I gues they don't want to pay double pay for extra staff to work on public holidays. And where the heck has the courtesy gone in the service delivery industry?? The audacity to tell me to drive back there the next day to come collect my balance. I want an apology and I want my balance of the order delivered to me. I hope the owner also hears about this!!! The owner of this franchise pls get in contact with me as you have poor management. Also I paid for my kids book and then they told me it was out of stock so they gave me an extra toy but the toy was the same. This was really unacceptable. I have both my slips for th3 order I want to be contacted urgently !! I will take this matter further.
