Please can I have an update. Since out last conversation you said you are not sure how long it will take to get a family advocate to book a meeting with me and my child so that my divorce proceedings can continue. Quite frankly there should be a way to get some form of update on how far my.file.is with with family advocate. I have spoken to another advocate who gave me this Info. This is really really frustrating not knowing... so in other words I might wait 2 or 6 years for this to get to court??? Common divorces do not take this long. What is the real issue here as I need to get some form of proper update. If Legal Wise has *********** law firms and do not take us seriously then maybe the Ombudsman of SA should look Into this for me. I pah my Platinum premiums each month but never received the services as advertised to the public. This is ridiculous. Call me urgently.

This is an issue with your WhatsApp agents!!! Very frustrating while I'm trying to dispute my statement and make a payment!! I should take my money elsewhere then.
I literally just got off a very urgent request via WhatsApp chat with an agent named MPHO. Disgusting service. I have proof of my chat on how this agent refused to even apologise for not responding only asked me 2 questions while.im urgently trying to resolve a ***** Matter on ym account!! Disgusting service never expected thus. Pls can a manager call me urgently as I am disputing ***** on my account and it doesn't seem lile any of your agents are capable or willing to give proper customer assistance.
For the 100th time !!! I ask the sales people from MiWay to stop calling me for **** !!! And you guys still freaking call me 6 to 10 times a day from different numbers!!! Remove my ID from your data base I'm going ro report Miway to thw Ombudsman as this is against the PoPIa Act!!! And you are harassing me daily !!!! Stop it !!!!
I signed up almost a month ago and it shows my ID is pending verification Can't get through to any customer service reps!!! Very shocking!!! All I want to do is play and enjoy the experience.... what's happening ??? Can someone assist me please??
On the 1st of January 2025 at approx 16h45 in the evening my family and I had a very poor experience at this takeaway. McDonald's is a family go to especially the store in Bluff Durban. Our order we received was missing 2 items which we paid for. The service was slow and.the restaurant was not even busy for it to be that slow and unorganized. No manager was.on duty. I called the manager and spoke to him this mor.img to explain what happened. He apologized and did not really care about delivering the balance of my.order today. This is theft. I was ****** and I will never go back to this restaurant again. You would think that the manager would have the courtesy of getting someone to deliver thw rest of my order to me but again poor management on the Mcdonald Bluff in Durban once again! I gues they don't want to pay double pay for extra staff to work on public holidays. And where the heck has the courtesy gone in the service delivery industry?? The audacity to tell me to drive back there the next day to come collect my balance. I want an apology and I want my balance of the order delivered to me. I hope the owner also hears about this!!! The owner of this franchise pls get in contact with me as you have poor management. Also I paid for my kids book and then they told me it was out of stock so they gave me an extra toy but the toy was the same. This was really unacceptable. I have both my slips for th3 order I want to be contacted urgently !! I will take this matter further.
Once again I received no feedback on my 2nd case with Legal Wise. Pathetic how I as the client need to co distantly follow up using all my resources and efforts. Also regarding g my previous complaint where a manager called me from the legal department to promise and state I will never receive confidential documents that of a different client.... it has happened AGAIN! POPIA act people!!!! Common... can we trust that our files are safe in the hands of legal wise ??? Whatsa going on??? And I'm reaching out here because nobody seems to get back on emails or call backs.. and I'm certainly not going to waste my valuable time trying to get hold of you... CALL ME URGENTLY I HAVE 2 QUERIES WITH YOU WHICH I NEED U TO ATTEND TO .... IS this the service you get been a platinum member ???? Ridiculous once again... I will be reporting Legal Wise to the Ombudsman for icing me into confide tial documents which don't belong to my as the a amount holder.
I am extremely disappointed in the quality and unhygienic packaging of my food delivered this afternoon. I have pictures of the proof of how my food was delivered. There was mud or sand on the box as well. The pizza was cold, and the first one looked like someone had a bite off it. Debonairs pizza is not quality, nor do they have standards. Will never recommend this to anyone. I will never support this franchise again. Disgusting I did not eat the pizzas because it was not safe to eat.

I have been mistakenly receiving other clients' legal documents, which is a clear violation of the POPIA Act. This breach of privacy is alarming and unacceptable. Despite raising this issue, I have not received any meaningful response. I was informed that a manager would contact me, but this has not happened. I have been the one calling in and begging for someone to give me answers and resolve both matters but it seems that your firm is uninterested in customer service. Additionally, I have a current matter with Legalwise that has been unresolved for an extended period. The ongoing lack of communication and action from your team is deeply disappointing. I expect an immediate response to address these issues and a clear plan of action to rectify them. If this is not resolved promptly, I will consider escalating the matter further. Sincerely,
I would like to complain of the pathetic service received from an admin from the DHA Chatsworth Durban via telephone now. I merely am trying to get information because their website does not allow us to make a booking for new ID at that branch. The indian lady who who initially answered my call was very unhelpful and rude! She even put the phone down on me twice because she needed private information when all I wanted was answers on how to go about getting a new ID. These people are useless and unhelpful as long as they get paid a salary they do not care about the citizens and our needs. My parents are old and I am trying to help get new IDs for my sister so she can start applying after she matriculates this year. This lady did not car she was asking private info in order to give me a time that my teenage sibling needs to stand in a line. Makes absolutely no sense!!! What incompetency received from this lady. I asked her for hr name again and she put the phone down on me. I hope this ldy from DHA Chatsworth gets what she deserves as she should not treat citizens who pay their taxes this way. In fact she should not be working there if she does not know how to handle her clients. ***********! The sad thing is nothing will be done about this!! Home Affairs Chatsworth you suck! I was heavily pregnant when I also had to stand there 2 days in a row without proper assistance!! No care for the nation only feed yourselves with our taxes! Poor Poor service from DHA Chatsworth, Durban!!! They do not care about the people that walk through their doors!! And they don't care if you complin because they know that justice can't be served as they are all *******!!
