I went to the Mcdonalds at Irene Village to use the point accumulated via the app. I went inside and used the terminal inside. Selected the items I wanted and scanned the barcode. next this I noticed there was amount added to the redeeming process, I asked one of the ladies to assist and she took me to the counter. Then this manager assisted me but you could see he had no clue how the point system worked. I showed him that the point where deducted via the app and then he phones I assume his IT department. They claimed my points won't be redeemed but I can order the item again once expired. The thing is the apps barcode already expired wat I can't reorder because I don't have the point anymore. Despite having the proof they still didn't want to give my order. The order was 2 Kitkat Mcflurries & Mcfizz, they just give 1 kitkat Mcfulurry. I'm not going to accept that, I used points for more stuff. As I was complaining mr manager started standing with his arms folded with "I'm getting sick of you attitude". I just got fed up and walked out. But then I noticed security sitting on a table behind me, as I was walking out he followed. I asked if he was there for me and the the attitude came from him replying "where must I be". That McDonalds will never see me again even that its around the corner from my place and the app is already deleted. Useless!!!!!!!!!!!!
