I just wanted to share how , welcoming and friendly the staff at Mc Donald Irene village is . It's an absolute pleasure going there .
Telkom is a **** and i wound never advise anyone to use their services as a service provider . Telkom over debited my account and i was told to submit , documents for the refund to be done. When i followed up i was told my case was closed and i needed to submit the same docs i had submitted before . I mean this is totally unacceptable and nonsensical . I need my refund ASAP. i struggled cancelling my contract with these guys and now i need to struggle to get my money back . The number of complaints on this platform is appalling
I am not surprised to see such comments , not Henre ignoring my messages since November after i have informed if that the roof is leaking and the shower draining system is not functioning like it supposed to . I would never advise anyone to buy property from these guys because wow once they get their money you're on your own and according to NHBRC they're obliged to fix any minor repairs with the 1 year or occupation
I bought 2 Nando's Sauces at Spar wonderboom on 26 October 2024 , so i think when the lady at the till was packing my groceries the 2 bottles hit at each other causing the other bottle to crack so when i got home and started unpacking my groceries the bottle broke in my hands. I went to spar , i was told they cant refund me . Imagine wasting my petrol for 36.00 . and i bet if i was white i would have received my refund or received another bottle . Some white guy just looked at me and said tell her we cant refund her . i showed them the picture of the bottle with spilled sauce inside the plastic bag . I was told why didn't i bring proof of the bottle , imagine being cut broken glass for R36.00 . I will never buy there again. :-(
I honestly don't know why i am still paying for my subscription , if their agents fail to follow a simple instruction , they have debited my account with R1850 when i specifically instructed them to debit R938 . I need the other amount to be reversed , otherwise im going to cancel my subscription Disappointing
I honestly which we can change this service provider , my monthly bill has been inflated to a ridiculous amount , i am honestly not suprised with the number of bad reviews on this platform . I think in our next meeting we must consider replacing these guys . Within a space of 6 months my bill has increased by almost 50% . from R 360 and now 650.00 with the new terrif
I am not even sure were to start , I took up a policy with Metlife on the 1st march 2007 and i was paying a premium of R22 which only covered myself o. A few years later i received a call from Metroplitan for a policy upgrade i and i told the agent to add my mother and brother onto the policy which i was told it would increase my premium to R56.20 and I confirmed I was comfortable with the new premium of R56.20 . So I received a call from a lovely agent by the name of Khensani who initially was calling my mom to find out if she was still ok with the policy or if she wanted to add someone so i asked her to check my policy to my surprise I was told my premium is R22 but a debit of R56.20 has been going off from my account for the past 6 years . Reference on my ban statement is METROPOLIT70920002423BM403 of which it doesn't exist according to the agent . If my policy premium is R22, then i need a full reimbur*****t for the additional amount that has been going off my account .
Worst service from The Bed store Retail Crossing. I have asked Vusi and Itumeleng for my refund on the 3rd Jan and i am still waiting . i will never buy from that shop and i wound not advise anyone to buy from them if getting a refund is such a mission . I bought 3 sets on base and Mattress from them , i now wish i had gone else where
Bought a voucher for a friend on the 13 dec 2021 at Mr price home wonderboom as a Christmas gift. My friend went to Mr price home Stoneridge on the second week of Jan only to find out the voucher has been used or redeemed. The manager at Mr price Stoneridge was rude and accused my friend of using the voucher then pretending as if she didn't use it. I phoned Mr price home wonderboom only to be told that they have been experiencing fraud with regards to certain vouchers. She advised me to ask my friend to go back to Stoneridge and ask the store manager to call her so they can investigate. The manager at Stoneridge was not help at all and My friend wasted her petrol for Nothing . I need my refund please R800
its funny how when you want to buy something from telkom they call you back urgently and when you need their services its a nightmare to get through to their contract centre. I think i am just going to cancel my account with them they are not useful at all.
