Bad Attitude (Manager&Owner) & Dissapointing Meals

What a disappointing lunch visit at McPherson's yesterday! We were a group of about 16 people celebrating a Birthday. Firstly, our food arrived in drips and drabs. Yes, a large table BUT then management should plan ahead and provide 2 or 3 waitrons for us. The food was ice cold (not one thing on my plate was warm). The Menu stipulates \roast potatoes"with the Sunday Roast but we were all given boiled baby potatoes. I asked the waiter why- he said the Manager would come &amp"
