MedExpense Gap Cover most useless company

i had a medical surgery done on the 7th of February 2023 at wilgeheuwel hospital where my medical aid didnt cover the full expense, the medical aid didnt pay the full amount to the anaesthetist after receiving an invoice i proceed to send it through to my gap cover as i have been paying for almost the last 2 years and have never used them. This is the first time im using them and what a disappointment after 2 months they still have not settled the amount with the specialist and not the specialist wants to take legal actions against me for not paying the outstanding amount. NOBODY MUST EVER EVER GO AND SIGN UP WITH MedExpense Gap Cover they are the most useless company ever as i have been sending them emails after emails and phone calls after phone calls with nobody even bother of coming back to me. i really wasted over 2 years of money paying for useless service.
