The worst service I ever received. Pedros opened a new branch at President Hyper Krugersdorp we decided to give them a try as we never had Pedros before. We placed our order at 7pm and after 40min I started complaining about where my order is. While waiting so long customers came after me and received there order way before we did. I layed a complaint at the manager on duty but no action was taken. When we finally received our food it was ice cold. After laying a complaint to Pedros customer care there President Hyper branch tried calling me but there line is so bad one can't hear anything they are saying. Now the President Hyper branch called me saying I must come and collect and order of food due to the bad service I received so myself and my son decided to take the drive in the rain to the branch to collect the order when we got there I told the staff I'm here to collect my order and gave them the order number I was given over the phone just to get informed that nobody knows about it and that there is no such order and the response I got was " I think it was a mistake" I think Pedros made a mistake by hiring such *********** staff they way this branch is running it will run out of business soon. I will never recommend Pedros to anyone if you want bad service and cold food go to Pedros.
Harcourts Rhino was advertising a property in Rory street Weltervredenpark, me my wife and kids went to view the property the agent name was Ravin, we really liked the property, We asked Ravin why are the owners selling he rep**** by saying they were looking after their mother who had died and moved to a different area which is the reason they are selling. We kept asking him did they stay in the house and he kept saying yes. We proceed to put in an offer onto the house and we put our house on the market for us to afford that house. For weeks we have been asking Ravin and Herman to send us the property report and water and lights account as we can work out our budget for the property but they came up with stories and lies that they will send it. we also kept asking them to give us a copy of the signed OTP but also alot of stories. We finally received an offer onto our property from Thato another staff member from Harcourts Rhino. I asked Herman can i proceed to sign the offer as i wanted to make sure that the House in Rory street is ours and Herman rep**** yes we can sign the house is ours, so we proceed to sign the offer from the buyer on our property. The very next day Thato told me that we are no longer getting the house in Rory as its a late estate house and the one owner does not want to sell. Harcourts Rhino was dishonest from the start with us. Now we had to look for another property as quickly as possible because we already signed our house away but luckily we have found another property and signed an offer on the new house. Just to find out from Thato that her buyer does not want to buy our house anymore and is breaking the contract. i wish i could tell you the full story on this platform on how dishonest harcourts rhino is then i would have written a whole book. Harcourts Rhino does not care about there clients they only care about their own pocket they are the most dishonest company around and i hope who ever reads this review will think twice about using harcourts rhino. We are just waiting now for the mandate to expire so that we can get a professional agents like Re/max to sell my property.
I have ordered a parcel on Temu and it finally arrived in South Africa and was handed to Fastway Couriers to delivery it to me. I keep getting emails that my parcel is on the delivery truck on rout to me but the truck never comes. I have been struggling to get hold of anybody at fastway Couriers on the phone lines on there online chat platform and on there whatapp chat platform but getting no response from them. This is really the worst experience I have ever dealt with. I will never recommend using fastway Couriers for any parcel delivery service and I will also send a strong email to Temu not to use Fastway Couriers.
I purchased a Bounchking trampoline from Game Clearwater Mall on there black friday special. After setting up the trampoline my boys proceed to bounch on the trampoline just after an hour of jumping the one T support of the trampoline broke. I proceed to pack up the trampoline back in its original box and took it back to Game Clearwater Mall on the 5th December 2023, I spoke to the returns department on which they called me the store manager and the department manager on which they said they will take back the broken trampoline and fetch on from Game Cresta as they do not have stock of that trampoline in store, Its been a week now and nobody from Game Clearwater Mall has contacted me back, I even went to the store to go and find out what is going on as nobody is coming back to me. When i was at the store the store manager has already knocked off and they tried to call her but with no answer. Game Clearwater Mall is sitting with the broken trampoline and i have received nothing back from them, my kids are heartbroken as they do enjoy jumping on a trampoline. This is the worst customer service ever and i will recommend to everybody to think twice before purchasing anything from Game stores especially Game Clearwater Mall.
Me and my family decided to visit our nearby McDonald's in Krugersdorp Gauteng for some breakfast. This was the worst experience we ever had, it took almost 40min for us to get our food plenty customers standing and waiting for food, try talking to the store manager but just give all customers a no care attitude didn't even want to listen to any complaints. This will be the very last time supporting a McDonald's

I have ordered a rototank combo online through www.rototank.co.za on the 5th of July 2023 and still today the 28th of July 2023 they still haven't delivered my order. I will never recommend that anyone should place an order through rototank. I have to constantly call and whatsapp to find out where is my order and still i cant get a proper answer from them. If you really looking for a water storage containers rather look at JoJo tanks or Eco tanks from Builders atleast you will not wait so long for a delivery. One would think a big company like rototank would deliver on time and communicate to there customers better.
I'm so fed up and angry at Hippo i app**** for Medexpense Gap Cover through Hippo more than 2 years ago. It was my first time submitting a claim to Medexpense Gap Cover 2 months ago for a medical procedure i have done which my medical aid didnt cover the full amount so i thought let me use my Gap cover because i am paying for one and never used it. It has now been over 2 months and still nothing has been paid and the doctors want to take legal actions against me, i have emailed them over and over again and phone calls after phone calls but with no success cant get hold of anyone, How can hippo sell customer such **** products on there website. I thought Hippo is a trusted website but now i will never recommend hippo to nobody. I have even emailed Hippo when i emailed Medexpense Gap Cover and also no response from Hippo
