POOR SERVICE !!

I need information regarding my gap cover at Medway. I have written e-mails to info@medway.co.za and customercare@medway.co.za on 14/1/2025, 27/1/2025, 30/1/2025 and 5/2/2025 NO RESPONSE !!! I called their customer care center on 10/2/2025 and operator told me to e-mail my request to customercare@manageplus.co.za, which I did on the same day and guess what ? NO RESPONSE !! PLEASE HELP !!
