Terrible experience

We got very very appalling service yesterday at Milky Lane in Eastgate. We were there after 7pm there weren't really a lot of customers but the staff was not friendly at all. It was a very unpleasant experience for me since it was my first time trying the Milky Lane ice cream. Im not even sure if the lady that assisted us even greeted us, they act like they're doing us a favour by serving us. Please equip your staff with basic customer service skills, people skills so they dont look so miserable. Didn't get the name of the lady that assisted us but it was between 7pm n 7:30pm
