Terrible experience
We got very very appalling service yesterday at Milky Lane in Eastgate. We were there after 7pm there weren't really a lot of customers but the staff was not friendly at all. It was a very unpleasant experience for me since it was my first time trying the Milky Lane ice cream. Im not even sure if the lady that assisted us even greeted us, they act like they're doing us a favour by serving us. Please equip your staff with basic customer service skills, people skills so they dont look so miserable. Didn't get the name of the lady that assisted us but it was between 7pm n 7:30pm

I received very good customer service from the Levi's store at East Point in East Rand Mall. The staff there were available and ready to assist i was actually shocked

Good Quality
Wow Call It Spring is definitely the girl she thinks she is. Ordered Call It Spring sneakers from Superbalist and the quality blew me off. The shoes are drop dead gorgeous and the quality looks and feels absolutely impeccable. Im thoroughly impressed with my first purchase from them

Wouldn't Recommend their phones
I definitely wouldn't recommend purchasing a Huawei after they've stopped working with Google. I bought my Huawei Nove 9se last year in May at MTN and I wish I can sell it and just buy a Samsung. You can't find or download a lot of app's it honestly just feels like one big fat inconvenience. I've been struggling for months with an app called Shyft I've downloaded it and the app is just not working on this device. I've been told by their customer care agents to restart my phone, redownload, the app is still not working. There's just a couple of app's you either can't find on their App Gallery or when you try to download via the web they don't work

Terrible Sound Bar
This was definitely not a good purchase for me. I wanted to this sound bar for so long and now that I got it, I'm definitely not happy with it. The radio is a absolute disaster it doesn't even scan through all the stations since it's been raining. You have to listen to whatever is clear. I want my money back and TakeALot is telling me that the speaker has been used. Of course I used it how else was I going to find out I don't want it. According to the Consumer Act you can return an item you no longer want and get a full refund if it is with the 30 days of purchase and it's still in sellable condition. So I'm really struggling to understand what their issue is, they can sell it to someone else you'll enjoy it, it's really not working for me.

Tuckshop Business
I tried to purchase data from Afrihost i never got the data all i got was that my sim card was being provisioned with MTN and i had to wait, while i was waiting my account was debited and I received no data. I got an email saying my Afrihost account was suspended because of no payment but today they've debited my account again.

I just wanted to say big up to who ever owns this joint, it is out in Voslorus. It was my first time in Voslorus, we went to The Burger Yard, their service was exceptional, the waiters were very friendly, the food was great. It was honestly a pleasure being there on a Sunday afternoon. We got better service than what we got from Prime View
