Pool Disaster - Miracle Pools
I would strongly advise against using Miracle Pools. Their handling of my swimming pool pump relocation has been nothing short of a disaster. Here’s what happened: I hired a landscaper to redo my pool area, and since they weren’t pool experts, they subcontracted Miracle Pools to move the pump to a new location. Miracle Pools accepted the job, yet weeks later, the pump was still not functioning. Despite repeated communications, the issue remained unresolved. When I reached out to the owner, her response was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She flat-out refused to send anyone to fix the problem, claiming she had warned the project manager the pump couldn’t be moved to the new location because it was "too far from the pool." However, this critical information was never communicated to me, and her team went ahead with the move anyway, rerouting all the pipes in the process. After a month of frustration and additional costs, it became clear the issue had nothing to do with the pump's location, as Miracle Pools claimed. Instead, Miracle Pools had failed to properly seal the underground pipes when rerouting them. This negligence caused water loss and pressure issues, rendering the pump ineffective. To fix their mess, we had to dig up the area, hire other professionals, and bear the unnecessary costs. Miracle Pools has refused to accept any responsibility for their shoddy work, leaving me deeply disappointed and out of pocket. If you value professionalism, accountability, and quality workmanship, stay far away from Miracle Pools.

No miracles, only incompetence
Shameless, rude and highly unprofessional... steer clear of Miracle Pools! I asked Tinka to check on my Zodiac Tri Midi salt chlorinator because I suspected a loose electrical connection. So she sent me her electrician who arrived with only 3 *****drivers. I had to lend him my multimeter because he doesn't own one (an electrician!!!). Long story short, his fault-finding resulted in my R28k chlorinator throwing flames and shorting out... destroyed. When I gave her feedback about her *********** electrician, all she could offer was to say sorry that she couldn't be of assistance and have a nice day. Two hours later, Tinka, sends me a quote for a new Crystal Clear SM25 chlorinator for a whopping R31 500 installed. Retail price for this model is less than R10 000! When I confronted her about her over-inflated quote, I was told to find the device elsewhere and install it myself.

Miracle Service from Miracle Pools :)
We contracted Miracle Pools to install our marblelite pool in July 2020. They were prompt and early every day and work was completed within 4 weeks. Unfortunately, because the pool was built during one of the driest months of the year, there was so much dust from the dirt that was dug out for the pool and it was also quite windy which caused brown marks on the bottom of the pool which was stains in the marbelite. Tinka told us that we should just monitor the stains which should hopefully vanish after a while which they did not. We contacted Tinka to inform her that the brown marks had not vanished as we hoped. By the time we were finished with the laying of the grass, we contacted Tinka and they came out and drained the pool water into a bladder and then gave the pool an acid wash which removed all the stains and they then put the water back into the pool. Our pool is now sparkling blue and lovely! Thanks Tinka and Miracle Pools team for your great service and customer satisfaction. I will definitely recommend Miracle Pools to anyone who is looking to have a pool installed.

Kudos to team Miracle Pools. I love my new pool. Beautiful! I found Tinka to be very helpful even after they finished with pool construcion. Very promptly she came to assist with pool cover and a few pool related issues. No problem to big or small. Well done!

Miracle Pools... More like Miracle workers!
I would like to thank Willem, Tina and Donavan for my stunning new swimming pool! Under very unusual circumstances (flooding and heavy rains in December 2019) they not only installed our new sparkling pool, but it was done according to my and I must add, Tinka's shared vision. Without them, my pool would still be standing on our sidewalk!! Thank you Miracle Pools, we love our new pool!

Thank you Willem & Tinka for an amazing pool. We know that our pool wasn't easy to build due to the Rocky erf. It was done in record time and you kept your word. We appreciate it that you've been honest with us the whole time and arrived on time every morning. Thank you for our beautiful pool. I will definitely recommend you to family and friends
