Delivered quickly but import duty is more than the item ordered
Beware of overcharging. Although AutoGate was quick to respond and the technician was sent out promptly, they charged me R2650 to replace the gate motor power supply which took them about 5 minutes to do. Call out fee was R450 and the power supply goes for between R500 and R800. If I knew they would charge me so much I would have called someone else. On top of that, the technician broke a piece off of the motor housing for the door for the lock\unlock knob. So now I can't close my motor properly anymore. I will not contact AutoGate again.
I made use of Netflorist's t-shirt printing service (Order: 114151205). On the site, they show a "template" of the t-shirt with dotted lines and inside the dotted lines, saying "Your Image Here". I uploaded an image and when the t-shirt was delivered, the image was cut off at the bottom and it was printed so small that the dotted lines of the "template" shirt were still showing. This is a poor quality service and product and it has cost me nearly R400 to learn this. I would highly advise against using the t-shirt print service of NetFlorist. The resultant product is poor quality.
Needed a quote for security gates in Moreleta Park in Pretoria. Was contacted by Ruan from Xpanda and I requested to meet at a specific time and was rudely told that he is fully booked for today. No indication of when else he will be available or nothing. Even spelled my name wrong in his response.
I am trying to register to get my statements for car finance that I have through MFC because for some strange reason I do not get email statements. When I try to register I am told I have to download the Nedbank Money App. I download the App and then I am told that I have to visit my NEAREST NEDBANK BRANCH TO REGISTER???!?!?!!? WHAT THE ACTUAL ****?!?!""!?!?! HOW ON EARTH, IN THIS DAY AND AGE WITH THE TECHNOLOGY THAT WE HAVE AM I STILL SUPPOSED TO VISIT A ****ING NEDBANK BRANCH TO REGISTER FOR A ****IN APP!!!! THAT IS ABSOLUTELY ****IN RIDICULOUS!!!! **** YOU NEDBANK!!! USELESS BUNCH OF **** HEADSS!!!! MAKE IT EASIER FOR PEOPLE TO REGISTER FOR YOUR STUPID ****IN APP!!!!
We contracted Miracle Pools to install our marblelite pool in July 2020. They were prompt and early every day and work was completed within 4 weeks. Unfortunately, because the pool was built during one of the driest months of the year, there was so much dust from the dirt that was dug out for the pool and it was also quite windy which caused brown marks on the bottom of the pool which was stains in the marbelite. Tinka told us that we should just monitor the stains which should hopefully vanish after a while which they did not. We contacted Tinka to inform her that the brown marks had not vanished as we hoped. By the time we were finished with the laying of the grass, we contacted Tinka and they came out and drained the pool water into a bladder and then gave the pool an acid wash which removed all the stains and they then put the water back into the pool. Our pool is now sparkling blue and lovely! Thanks Tinka and Miracle Pools team for your great service and customer satisfaction. I will definitely recommend Miracle Pools to anyone who is looking to have a pool installed.
Booked my flights with Expedia to Mauritius. Paid $120.00 for travel protection just in case we needed to cancel the flights. Ended up only getting half of the cost of the flights back! What a joke!!?!?!?!? What was the $120.00 for the travel protection for?!?!! Expedia is a bunch of crooks and should be boycotted!

No callback for a simple request to update the banking details used for the debit order on my policy. I have requested 4 times to update the banking details on my policy with no response.
My wife and I were interested in purchasing a vehicle from the Midstream branch. We sent the vehicle to Dekra Automotive Centurion, for which we paid R2300, only to find out that the car's belly plate is severely damaged! Now we have to start the whole process over again for which will most likely have to pay another R2300 for the Dekra technical inspection! This is unacceptable. Why should we have to pay for a technical inspection for every car that we are interested in purchasing? Webuycars.co.za should do and pay for the Dekra Technical inspection or any other technical inspection for every vehicle they have and then have the report on hand when a customer is interested in purchasing a vehicle.
