Mobalyz risk service is currently acting as a "collections agent" for Cartrack *****, and they are using my mother’s vehicle installment as a weapon to force payment for a service we never received. The Situation: Cartrack has admitted in writing (CEO Escalations) that they only fixed our unit (JNF 312 MP) recently, yet they are demanding payment for February and March when the service was non-functional. Furthermore, Cartrack staff forged "Advance Payment" invoices on our 2025 Toyota Hiace (LGK 491 MP). The Conduct of SA Taxi Finance: Instead of protecting their client from clear *****, mobalyz risk service is: Gatekeeping: Hanging up the phone when we provide proof of Cartrack’s admission of fault. Coercion: They have bundled the Cartrack fee into our vehicle installment. They are explicitly telling us that if we don't pay the *****ulent Cartrack fee, our vehicle payment will be marked as "incomplete," which will lead to credit damage and repossession. Unprotected Assets: They are ignoring the fact that Cartrack has BLOCKED the security on vehicle KDR 238 MP ***ned by SA Taxi) due to this billing dispute. They are letting their own asset stay at risk while they bully us for money. mobalyz risk service, you cannot legally force a consumer to pay for a *****ulent third-party service by threatening to take their car. This is predatory lending and a violation of the National Credit Act. I demand: A split in the billing immediately so we can pay the car installment without paying the *****ulent Cartrack fee. Urgent intervention with Cartrack to unblock all assets. A senior manager who doesn't hang up the phone to call me.
