Sim card
Mobistore it is a big **** at mzansi because they didn't deliver my products and I also canceled the sim card but still debt my money and I don't know when I write emails they just said the respond team well call me since from Tuesday even today so guys let's expose them all over social media

Hi guys please don't ever try to do and online cellphone contract with Mobistore these people trick me in believe that my contract will be or was approve through vodacom by asking me to authorize a debt order approval on my bank account for them to debt my account for contract deal, which was not the case they send me an sms saying the my application was unsuccessful due to the fact that my credit vetting was unsuccessful eventhough I have a clear record and they blamed Transunion for that but just to find its was vodacom itself that decline me because I had no account that I was paying for them to see my credit history......but that not the kicker guys, these people still debt my account for the amount of contract deal I tried take out with them and now I have a problem getting my money back as my bank can't reverse the money back into my account and I gave to call this no 0315828352 to get my money back from them and I have to use my own airtime to call these people......shame on you Vodacom and Mobistore you guys are ***** and I want my money back you are disgusting in the way you treat customers and hope everyone see this

Unfair
They keep on debiting my account after i told tjem them im not intrested in their product it came to month end and i awaited my voucher. So i called them and then only they told me I dont get a voucher I must ***gyback on other wi fi from other places like the mall exectra.....WHAT A FLIPPEN JOKE. I must pay for something thats free. So i told them this is Bull and they must stop it immediately. So they did and two months after that...... they start to deduct again. THEY BETTER EXPLAIN

This people have been debiting money from my account and when I called them they said they had an error on their side and they will refund me to this day they haven’t refunded me... they debited R199 three times in a month and I don’t even have a contract with them...I want Emmy money back

Unauthorized debit
This company debits R99 every month for a service that u don't know off.. When I try to contact them their number does not exist.. +27315828352. I now have to change my bank account details because of them and their unauthorized debits. I am so annoyed since this is the second month
