Hi guys I got a call from mobilestore but the lady want to sell me a cellphone contract...I must say these people are relentless sho can you really be so hard up for business
Hi guys be careful as mobilestore is relentless in still trying to debt my bank account and I don't even have any products from them and I did put a stop order at my bank Capitec but somehow they still manage to try and get money out of my account now the FAIS Umbudsman need to intervene as these people are getting away with ****** also my bank must come up with away of insuring that they don't get my money or else I'm closing my account at Capitec I feel they are useless in preventing us from getting ******
As per my last conversation with an agent from home-connect we concluded that the billing department will call to make arrangements to settle my bill and also that he will send me an email so I could contact him directly should I have any issue....well I still have not received no call nor the email so how do I go about things if people do not honor a simple telephonic agreement
Hi guys this company home connect I cancel with them last year as I had issues with them regarding their way of services I request information from them regarding unauthorized user on my line and how those people got access to my line whereby I never gave them access and they send from pilar to post with no joy also had yo deal with a very rude consultant they does not know how to speak let alone service client and I had issues with doing maintenance without notifying me, so they keep my line open for more then six months with without deactivating my fiber and this is a month to month contract whereby they was suppose to cancel my subscription with them as per my request but did not happened that way now I must pay huge of money before I can get my line cancel so that my new service provider can give an active line but they are holding my line hostage and forcing me to pay that amount which I'm not willing to do so as that is not my fault that they kept me active they should have suspended my line in January already......and here is the kicker they send an email on the 18th of Jun stating that they finally canceling my contract as per my request and this is only happening now eventhough I requested last year already....so guys if you need fiber don't go to home-connect go somewhere else because these idiots will run your bill up and force to pay them or they will take legal action against you so home-connect bring it I'm waiting for you to do so this my account number with you guys JAPC001 get my contact details and call me because you guys don't even respond on your email if you have the ***** to call Mr and please be prepared for a fight because I never back down from one
They still haven't reply to my complaints, this company is so relentless they tried yo debit my account again today luckily I put a stop order on their debt order I mean really tjo don't you have any shame sies julle is sleg
Hi guys i had a choose to no start rating to mtn I would their services is extremely poor I went to mtn in Tambotie mall to get my contract Sim card sort out because I cannot receive call the first ticket that the agent Danel logged for was close and the problem sort but guess what it not so a second ticket was logged and now I'm waiting again..also app**** for 2 new contract and it was referred to their head office that was on Tuesday still no feedback then why do you give client so much credit if they can't use it well that's not service so from my experience MTN itself is useless but their partners like Mondo is good
Hi now Mondo a company who live up to their reputation and they are in partners MTN guys the good professional and just give a client awesome services so if you and cellphone, fiber etc. deals contact them they just good st what they do
Hi guys mobile store still have not come back to me regarding the unauthorized debt they did on my account to refund me and I spoken and went to a vodacom branch in randfontein tambotie mall and the don't know them, I have also had a look at their reviews and replies on hellopeter and what I have picked up that this company can only be contacted on FB and Instagram now what company uses a social media platform as way to be contacted....the question that comes to mind why and what are they hiding because their contact number on their website is for ever busy or it does not exist....so this goes out as a warning to all South Africans please do not except, engage or entertain any call from an agent that calls from mobile store as the are ***** and *****sters, they deceive people in thinking that they a reputable company but they not SO BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY....DROPPED THE CALL IF YOU GET A CALL FROM MOBILE STORE
Still no answer from mobile store who stole my money out of my bank account
