MCR Secunda,Trichardt area
We are extremely upset with the service we have received from MCR. My wife is the one struggling with this situation while I am outside of South Africa, and we have three kids who need to get to school every day. She was forced to rent a car because ours has been delayed far longer than promised. Originally, the rental was meant for just five days, but it has now already been 12 days, and by the end of the weekend it will be 15 days. This is completely unacceptable. She cannot keep extending the rental, and without it she will have no transport for the children. What makes it worse is the complete lack of communication from MCR. We were promised deadlines multiple times, only to find out—after we had to chase them—that there were problems with the insurance approvals, the part ordering, and even power and generator issues. At no point did they take the responsibility to keep us properly informed. Because of this poor service, the rental costs are now almost the same as if we had just paid cash to fix the car directly—essentially costing us double. This is not only frustrating, but highly unprofessional. We expected honesty, communication, and accountability. Instead, this experience has been stressful and financially damaging for our family.

Horrible experience
Worst experience they swapped or damaged my car battery while fixing the car bumper and rear tire and I had to pay for in top of that my car was in for repairs for two whole months

Horrible experience

Unsatisfactory Review
Unsatisfying service, this company stole my shocks, and treated me unfairly I made a complain but I was asked by Hello Peter to provide proof of which,I send them,but to my surprise I don't see my review,Is it fair to be treated like a 2nd hand citizen in ur country when trying to make people aware not ever to use that business,But the very people who are supposed to be protecting , they are kind a like taking sides typical,hey it looks like we are still far for being liberated.... In 2023 we r still treated like this...No voice,No word,No opinion until when???

After 6 weeks,of fighting to get my car back,it finally came back but to my worse surprise my boot was no longer holding back, They stole my shocks...I was really disgusted about their service and thieving!!!I had to by new shocks and replace them myself,Cos should I dare took it back it was going to take 2 months....Never and again should I take my car to such company, I was traumatized!!!

Bad service
My car was towed early hours of the 12/03/2023,Cos I had pothole accident that caused puncher of 2 tyres,but to this day my car is not ready, something that was supposed to take the maximum of 1 week, now it's about 4weeks, besides inflating the prices,they still want to suck money out of you ... Maybe they order their parts from heaven who knows,But this is sooo not fair it's only 2 days away from Easter weekend still struggling to get my car back,I feel as if my car now is held hostage!!!

Bad service

Best repairs around Trichardt, Secunda and Embalenhle in Mpumalanga
Wow what a treat experience I had with this repairs company, even though I had to call now and then for updates but I applaud them for great service. My car is good as new, unlike car doctor worse experience ever. Do not allow car doctor to tow your car, allow Modern Collision repairs to tow they are the best in town. The receptionists to managers really gives good value to your money.

Wow what a treat experience I had with this repairs company, even though I had to call now and then for updates but I applaud them for great service. My car is good as new, unlike car doctor worse experience ever. Do not allow car doctor to tow your car, allow Modern Collision repairs to tow they are the best in town. The receptionists to managers really gives good value to your money.

Never returning
I last used this company in 2021 and I had received an amazing service,it's 2023 I am and used them again but wow I am shocked at how bad there service has become and the arrogance and suttle disrespect of the workshop manager is a No for me, I'm definitely never bringing my vehicle back to them for repairs. They refuse to give me back my vehicle even after I have complained how unhappy I am with there service so I will go on every social platform until they give me back my vehicle.

Never returning
