Unsatisfying service, this company stole my shocks, and treated me unfairly I made a complain but I was asked by Hello Peter to provide proof of which,I send them,but to my surprise I don't see my review,Is it fair to be treated like a 2nd hand citizen in ur country when trying to make people aware not ever to use that business,But the very people who are supposed to be protecting , they are kind a like taking sides typical,hey it looks like we are still far for being liberated.... In 2023 we r still treated like this...No voice,No word,No opinion until when???
After 6 weeks,of fighting to get my car back,it finally came back but to my worse surprise my boot was no longer holding back, They stole my shocks...I was really disgusted about their service and thieving!!!I had to by new shocks and replace them myself,Cos should I dare took it back it was going to take 2 months....Never and again should I take my car to such company, I was traumatized!!!
Until today, I have not received my car from those people,the full 5 weeks for just fiting the tyres and reams,there was nothing wrong with my car,since it's getting it's service every year from it's dealership,I have never been disrespected like this my whole entire life, Now I will collect my car with police service, Maybe that's the only language they understand!!!
My car was towed early hours of the 12/03/2023,Cos I had pothole accident that caused puncher of 2 tyres,but to this day my car is not ready, something that was supposed to take the maximum of 1 week, now it's about 4weeks, besides inflating the prices,they still want to suck money out of you ... Maybe they order their parts from heaven who knows,But this is sooo not fair it's only 2 days away from Easter weekend still struggling to get my car back,I feel as if my car now is held hostage!!!
I ordered my phone covers on 14/01/2023,I waited and waited for my order to be delivered until I contacted them,I was told my order was out stock, They showed me an alternative, within a week an alternative was also out stock. I cancelled the order and asked for my refund,send them everything required for the refund. They no longer respond to my emails. Their customer service sucks,I just want my money back, they can also take notes from Takealot their online service is good and they keep you informed.
Every month,If you have been perfectly, You get those uncovered trips and deduct the whole lot of points,to avoid paying your cash back, That's really not fair!!!!
Just laid a complain, that I was having no internet,for 3days I was told to email MTN,I refused to to do their job,cos I'm their client not MTN,then within few minutes The response was the Towers were off, What's got to do with me,if MTN Towers are off, Ain't they supposed to communicate with MTN to check the Problem,other than giving the stupid Response!!!
I am really ****ed with Avis service,this company lives on our blood,They are Parasites.. Today it's day 41(i e 15/11/2022)Since I delivered their car that was 05/10/2022,But my refund is no where to be found,No apologies no nothing...You have to contact them and listen to their empty promises,I have waited for more 10,48 hrs that they always promise...No customer service,No care for their customers...In fact they care-less
