DEAD SLUG IN MOMO MEAL There was a dead slug in my food from MoMo. I may have eaten some of it by mistake. I was so horrified and nauseous. I had to go to hospital, the doctor said slugs in SA can have dangerous parasites and he gave me medication. I emailed Momo and told them that I would like a refund for my hospital visit and medication and they never responded. It was a traumatic experience, I was shocked and horrified to find a slug in my food and wonder about the hygiene and safety of their kitchen. They didn't even reply with an apology. I'm so upset and worried.

momo kuro I am saddened to tell you of the poor show at Momo Kuro last night (Saturday night) It was supposed to be an anniversary celebration for us πππππ« No salmon available, no cheesecake available!! on a sat night ? Poke bowls both came with raw tofu? And no ramen egg ???? felt like there was no chef in the kitchen ...! What a circus .. waste of time and our money Very dissatisfying and very disappointing. Embarrassed for Momo .. only ever been to the Rosebank branch , itβs good. This is clearly the D team. G Todes.

Visit this establishment at least once a month . Thrice in the last two months the food has been disgusting . - in store visit : they forgot about our Bao, after 30min brought it cold. As it was just standing there - Uber eats : sushi arrived , soggy wet, gross. Itβs like it was standing for hours - pick up collection : the fried wings, slow cooked ribs, and fried calamari tasted like it was reheated/ re fried . I called after the collection requesting for the manager to contact me , ready to return the food . It has been two days and I am still waiting for manager to contact , with 8 phone calls. Poor food poor management .

I was out on a Saturday evening with my partner, we arrived at the door to no assistence. We entered and the whole team of waitresses were chilling at the counter. We greeted them and none responded. One of the waitresses was actually eating her life away, right on duty. We were then shortly approached by a lady who was setting up the tables. She didn't even ask us where we'd like to sit she just showed us the table right by the door, which was wide open on a very chilly, rainy day. We ordered our food which was AMAZING as always but we had very little attention from our waitress. Your staff needs to be trained on how to treat customers. As for the food, I'm in love with.

hi yesterday i called to book a table for 8 people at Momo illovo ,where i have been a patron MANY times - the lady took my name and cell number ...today i called to amend the table booking to 6 people (out of courtesy) ...and my booking couldnt be found !!! -what terrible service . i asked for a table tonight , and no availability inside . the lady kept calling my Gary (my name is gray ,which i spelt out 5 times) dissapointed that your staff cant even take a booking ...i put the phone down and booked elsewhere. i guess you have enough business , you dont have to treat us properly gray ********** 409
