Its the second time receiving trash service from this sorry excuse for a delivery company. I am utterly disappointed at the service i received, my parcel has been sitting with security since Monday, I don't know if the security thinks its his or what. I called yesterday and today to follow up on when i should expect delivery and i was told to expect it yesterday or latest today. Where is the parcel?????????? "it has been assigned a driver but it cant go out now because it's after 12" and HOW is that my problem??? He did NOTHING but waste his breath by being rude to me for no apparent reason. NEVER USE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE IF YOU WANT PEACE IN YOUR LIFE!!!
On my boyfriend's birthday (21 Dec) I had booked us a room at BON in Vaal. I booked in March to secure a room at a lesser price (as you all may know booking in advance is much cheaper than booking closer to appointed time). So i had been communicating a lot with the hotel because I had paid 50% of my fee for a night (after confirmation from the hotel receptionist that i should do so) later on I read on the website that if booking for a night, i should pay the full amount due. Double checked with a lady by the name Akona Mpahlwa and she apologized for the miscommunication then later asked me to pay the other 50% the same day. I did that through Gugu Radebe as i was uncertain as to which ref should i use. So at the end of the day as far as i was concerned my booking was confirmed. On 21 Dec i got to reception with my partner, ready to check-in. To our disappointment the booking didn't reflect on their system. How when i had booked 9 months prior? The receptionist (Lebogang) then went on to explain how BON had been liquidated and that they are no longer associated with them, they now go by the name Riveria on the Vaal. How is that my problem? why wasn't I informed of the change? how much more unprofessional can you get? These were all the questions i threw in their direction. They pushed ALL the blame to BON and took NO responsibility whatsoever for their actions. I understand that BON has all our bookings and all but why couldn't Riveria at least release a statement to the public announcing what had happened and what procedures customers should follow thereafter. Anyway after the fight i ended up having to pay again and our entire night was ruined. The room was stinky from the wet carpet, the bathroom was the size of my pinky finger, the deco was horrible so so old fashioned. I did not enjoy my stay at all. The only thing i can commend is the view from our room. Either than that i regret booking with them. Customer service was appalling. From the receptionists ride down to the cleaners. I'd never recommend this place to anyone.
I was out on a Saturday evening with my partner, we arrived at the door to no assistence. We entered and the whole team of waitresses were chilling at the counter. We greeted them and none responded. One of the waitresses was actually eating her life away, right on duty. We were then shortly approached by a lady who was setting up the tables. She didn't even ask us where we'd like to sit she just showed us the table right by the door, which was wide open on a very chilly, rainy day. We ordered our food which was AMAZING as always but we had very little attention from our waitress. Your staff needs to be trained on how to treat customers. As for the food, I'm in love with.
Money was taking out of my account and the driver didn't pitch. The route i was charged for wasn't even where i had requested to be taken. The driver's name is Nkosinathi and i want my money bac****!
On January the 3rd 2018, I went to Foschini to pay R350 towards my account but when i checked the statement they had withdrawn R700 meaning they took double the amount due. I went to query the matter with them and they said it will be sorted out but the issue is still pending "investigation" regardless of the fact that I've supplied them with every document they asked for. Ended up going to American Swiss on the 17th May 2018 (as they belong to one group, TFG) they explained how the error occurred and we ended up going to Foschini together. The American Swiss assistant explained to them how this case should be handled after that they promised to call me back to sort it out once and for all. Till this day, I'm STILL awaiting their call. Please Please assist. My account debt is piling up and now they've suspended my network and i don't understand what that has to do with their incompetence. I've seriously had it with this company.
