Good day the service that we received from Momsen is disgusting to say the least...... After my wife's conversation with Jonathan yesterday he promised that my bike will be collected by Riaan from where they where fixing it for the second time due to a cracked frame at 13:00 today and Riaan will be taking it to Mellow Velo where I could collect it as I'm having a race tomorrow. I called Riaan several times with no success, he just doesn't answer, Mellow Velo confirmed that they still don't have my bike by 16:10, I called Momsen asked to speak to Jonathan, first time, no answer, left message, called again and was told that Jonathan is in a meeting, tried calling Riaan again, no answer, left a message again....... This is pathetic, being promised my bike for a race that I've already entered and still no bike to ride.... You do understand that I'm not staying in Sandton and if..... IF my bike is ready today it is still a 45 Min drive for me to go and get it...... All I get is empty promises......??????

After six months still no joy from MNT. On a fixed cost contract my two accounts jump from R97.99 in Dec 14 - Jan 127.99 feb 127.00 marc 155.99 april 155.99 may 164.43 - Now in June they only remove extra data which was never requested in the first place NO REFUND -- I bet you will not get it right but CELLC is looking good. After six months still no joy from MNT. On a fixed cost contract my two accounts jump from R97.99 in Dec 14 - Jan 127.99 feb 127.00 marc 155.99 april 155.99 may 164.43 - Now in June they only remove extra data which was never requested in the first place NO REFUND -- I bet you will not get it right but CELLC is looking good. Bought a momsen al429 from Westdene cycles 17 Jan 2015.<br> Did a couple rides and my chain got stuck in my rear derailer pulling it into my back wheel. Broke the dropout, derailer and damaged the rear wheel. First didnt know what happend till i inspected the derailer and saw that the chain was installed wrong rubbing agaist the derailer sharpening the edge till it got hooked by the chain. Took it in to westdene they didnt want to listen as i wanted to explain what caused the probblem. Spoke to david the rep from momsen he says its out of his hands they dont supply the bikes build so its westdene's problem. Westdene says they get the bikes from momsen they only fit the handlebar and wheels. After a long fight they now say they sent the derailer to shimano and the wheel to momsen for repairs and that momsen reps came to see the bike. I phoned David he said they never showed him the bike. I also sent david pictures of a vipa on the showroom build the same. I dont think its fair that i now sit without a bike and not getting a answer from westdene or momsen
