Financial Stress
I am extremely disappointed with FNB’s Forex > MoneyGram service. On the app, FNB still offers the “Cash Pick-Up 10 Minute Service” for Australia, even though MoneyGram stopped this service over 2 years ago. My recipient cannot collect the funds, and I am being sent in circles—FNB tells me to contact MoneyGram, and MoneyGram refers me back to FNB. This has caused severe inconvenience and financial stress. My suggested resolution is simple: please change the delivery option to a bank account so the recipient can access the funds. If this is not urgently resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the Ombudsman for Banking Services.

I REGRETTED USING MONEYGRAM!! $2915 is not a little amount, it goes along way for my family
I recently sent my brother $1000 and $1915 on the 4th March, 2025 from the USA to South Africa to his First National Bank account and the expected dates to receive was on the 5th March and 7th March 2025. But I am still waiting for my brother to receive it. The money is very urgent as it will be used by my family on the 14th of March, 2025. Please your immediate assistance is needed.

I regretted using Moneygram instead
I recently sent my brother money from the USA to South Africa via his FNB account on March 4th, 2025 and expected date to receive was on March 6 th, 2025. But I am still waiting and the money is very urgent.

HI moneygram. I was ****med by a **** broker and thought I’d never see my money again, but ****Inspect.c-o_m made the impossible possible. Their team is truly skilled, and they were able to recover a good portion of my lost funds. They were transparent, fast, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend ****Inspect enough if you’re looking to recover funds from a ****.

Stay away, far away.
Please don't use this "company if you are in Southern Africa, I googled them 30 branches come up, not one Unt answers the numbers that do ring and it looks like the rest are out of business, I finally found one branch called to confirm I could come collect my money and when I get there the only person who could help me is off sick. Useless is a understatement.

Fraud. Stolen money
So we were assured that only the person who's details were given as the recipient can collect the money sent. So I paid it from South Africa to the UK in my wife's name money was withdrawn same day and we are both still in South Africa.
