I REGRETTED USING MONEYGRAM TO FNB!!! $2912 is not a little amount, it goes along way for my family I recently sent my brother (Prof. Ikechuckwu Achilonu) $1000 and $1912 on the 4th March, 2025 from the USA to South Africa to his First National Bank account and the expected dates to receive was on the 5th March and 7th March 2025. But I am still waiting for my brother to receive it. I contacted MoneyGram and they said First National Bank is delaying to acknowledge the money I sent. The money is very urgent as it will be used by my family for an event on the 15th of March, 2025. Please FNB your immediate assistance is highly appreciated.

I am honestly disappointed with the delay and f my payment from Discovery Bank. I am travelling and very frustrated right now. This is the second time I am waiting for my allowance to reflect in my account since midnight. I never had such issues with my previous bank. You can do better Discovery Bank.
I am not impressed with Emirates. I applied for a refund of my unused ticket and I have not received any feedback from Emirate. No contact has been made from their Admin. I kept calling and no one picks. This is really unprofessional. I have an alternative plan so I want my money to be transferred immediately. I tried my best by calling for 3 days and I resorted to writing my grievance on this platform.
Hello Peter, I am writing to complain about the poor and negative attitude of Aramex South Africa staff. I called regarding a shipment that was cleared at custom JHB of 11 October 2021. Until now I haven't received my parcel. Which delivery date is today 14th October 2021. I am disappointed with Aramex. No one updated me either via email or telephonically.
hellopeter, I am concern regarding my previous complaint. The parcel has been received by the consignee in Cairo, Egypt. The DHL in Cairo said the consignee has to submit all permit. But the consignee did submit the permits she obtained from the University only to find out that it was lost by DHL in Cairo. This is unprofessional and the parcel (Academic Research) has been with costumes for 1 month. The DHL in Cairo said they contacted the consignee, they are lying. Infact, the consignee kept contacting DHL. Please can this be resolved asap?
HelloPeter, I have a huge complaint regarding my parcel sent from South Africa with all required permit on the 4th Sept 2020 to Cairo, Egypt. This parcel contains items for academic research and it arrived in Cairo, Egypt on the 9th Sept 2020. Up till date, the receiver hasn't received the parcel. The DHL in Cairo lost the permit which the receiver submitted to them. This is unprofessional and the academic research is on hold because of the lack of professionalism. Its almost getting to 1 month.
