TFG Insurance -Monitorsa ****ming Pensioners

I am very disappointed and irritated with TFG Insurance and MonitorSA taking advantage of my 80yr old mother, she’s being paying insurance for this phone only to be told that the phone was not in her use, she’s 80yrs old for crying out loud, and she bought the phone for her grandson, and she was supposed to be verbally told that fine prints

Also I had to be the one to make follow ups because the *********** consultant Noxolo Sibisi, for me she is just a liability to your company.
