Formal Complaint Regarding Wedding Services at Monte Vista

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services we received at Monte Vista during our wedding on March 21, 2024.

During our planning meetings, we discussed the menu in detail, and we had high expectations based on the assurances provided by our wedding planner, Unfortunately, the quality of the food served on our wedding day fell significantly short of what was promised, leading to a disappointing experience for us and our guests, a simple think like a cream spinach, mixed vegie was a disaster

Despite several attempts to follow up on this matter, including emails sent to the manager, we have not received a satisfactory response. It has now been over a year since our event, and we find ourselves repeatedly reaching out without progress towards a resolution.
