I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services we received at Monte Vista during our wedding on March 21, 2024. During our planning meetings, we discussed the menu in detail, and we had high expectations based on the assurances provided by our wedding planner, Unfortunately, the quality of the food served on our wedding day fell significantly short of what was promised, leading to a disappointing experience for us and our guests, a simple think like a cream spinach, mixed vegie was a disaster Despite several attempts to follow up on this matter, including emails sent to the manager, we have not received a satisfactory response. It has now been over a year since our event, and we find ourselves repeatedly reaching out without progress towards a resolution. I had not intended to escalate this issue to your attention , but due to the unfulfilled promises, I feel it is necessary to bring this matter to light. because the only thing that was given to us was a chopping board similar to the one that we have, except that it is personalised

On the 2nd of October 2024 I went to clearwater , I wanted to sign up for a contract, but I didn't sign I was assisted by Ivan and when I left the store he confirmed that no contract was opened and that he will cancel the application And beside the FICA documents were not loaded yet so he won't open any contract, and I shouldn't worry , on the 5th my account was debited with R500 , i called them they said i must do affidavit i did it and THAVHO came back to me from their ***** department and say they wont refund me the case have been closed , VODACOM CLEARWATER ITS A **** PEOPLE MUST NEVER NEVER EVEN attempt to enquire once you give them your ID number your account will be debited and they will tell you they don't know who deducted yet the reff No says Vodacom okay if they didn't who gave the people who deducted my account my account number if vodacom didn't then someone from Vodacom must account because clearly we are not safe Can I please have my R500 . 00 back because I don't understand why was it taken in the first place. My banking details are reflecting on the attached bank statement as per your request

I had a scratch and dents insurance with then from 29 January 2020 I have never claim only last month when I tried to claim I was told that they can only cover me for R5000 and I was advised to get a quote from a third party then they will pay only R5000 .. I went and got quotes wasted all my time and petrol looking for quotes when i went back to them they told me they can't pay the R5000 anymore because their quote was 6500 how did i get the one for R5000 like really .it didn't make sense to me why did they ask me to go and do quotes in the first place ,, so i want to warn anyone who have an insurance for dents & scratches with them that you might also be paying for sweet you won't be assisted in times on need .

CS-506487 .. good morning i'm a very unhappy customer i place an order online, my order went through successfully money was deducted from my account , boooom when i log on your website trying to trace my order my order have been cancelled , no one called me or even sent an email or even am sms at least , my understanding is that when you order anything online it provides all the information about the products if there are still sizes available or not , this is a huge inconvenience for me because i could have bought it somewhere else now the sales are finished from other stores , worse my order is cancelled mean while you still have the same takkies with the higher price yet i'm being told that it is sold out this is unacceptable someone must make sure that i get my pair of takkies we have an even that i'm going to with my kids i bought both my girls two pairs of the similar takkies at clear water sportscene on friday since i couldnt get a size i went online for mine i can even take the pictures of my daughters one and forward them to you someone must make sure that i get my pair because i would have bought them somewhere else. - my contact details are 0812322223
Bad service I'm writing this because i don't know who to talk to or where to go i have been sending emails and making calls when you talk to this person they tell you they will transfer you have spent a lot of money trying to get hold of someone an worse the emails no one even attend to them.. I have reported my wooden floor its been more than a week and no one have come back to me since the evaluation.. Now they are starting to smell when i enter the bed rooms who do i call when no one answer the calls nor emails.. No: (2)vehicle department i have been sending them emails and also calling them all i get is that your request have been escalate but more than two weeks no one get back to me... Is it me or it is standard bank poor service When i sent the request to get my money i was told that they turn around time its 3 working days but its been more than a week worse no one get back to you.. You just send emails and waste money calling without getting help.. Really frustrating

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm writing this email to lodge a Complaint about the letter that we received the 20th of February that</p> <p>27/02/2017 which state that I have Bypass the Meter</p> <p> </p> <p>The reason why I'm writing is because I would like to be refunded my R3072 plus Compensation for transport for being sent from pillar to post reason being it was not true the Meter was not bypass and if it was it means it was done by your people , I was told that I have to go to Protea North at Joburg Water I went there when I got there I was told to go to Everlon I went there and when I got there they send me back to Protea North when I got to Protea North again they sent me to Jabulani when I got to Jabulani they send me to Braamfontein when I got there they sent me back to Jabulani on all these Trips I wanted to know why are they saying my Meter was bypassed because It wasn’t I asked them to check on their records if there a single Month whereby I skipped buying water or if my account was on Credit no one was able to account on that or atleast advise me or refer me to the right person to assist me instead I was told that the letter was issued so it means you must pay , when the people of Joburg water came there was money in the meter how on earth do you buy water if you know you have bridge the Meter</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this a money Making Scem I have only entered the Property in less than 6months and already I'm being charged for something I didn’t do and how do I know if the one that have been replace with is right or also Bridged and when you ask them all these question not even a single person was able to tell me who is the right person instead they only tell you that if you don’t pay in 7days they will cut off I have a baby staying at home I didn’t have a choice but to pay that R3072 ......I honestly feel that it’s a money making Scem and these matter have been taken with the counsellor of the Area cause you can't say I did something but you can't proof it to me or show me something or explain to me ,</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone get back to me regarding this matter or advice the way forward cause I honestly feel I was Robbed day light way I don’t know hopefully someone will get back to me</p> <p> </p> <p>Stellinah can you kindly advice or refer me to the right person who can assist as I don’t know where to go to if 4 different Branches couldn’t assist I just ask myself why are they there in the first place</p>
