EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE (AGAIN)

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience (Again!)

I’ve just left Mood Beauty in Century City, and I’m honestly beyond frustrated. I booked a 45-minute massage and only got 30 minutes. There was no electricity, which they didn’t bother to inform me about before my appointment. The treatment room was freezing, and the the******’s hands were ice cold — not what you want during a massage.

To make things worse, the other staff were speaking loudly in their language right outside the treatment room, making it impossible to relax. The entire experience felt rushed, cold, and chaotic.

This was my third visit, and every single time has been a disappointment. I kept hoping it would get better, but clearly, quality and customer care are not a priority here. Unbelievable.

Not going back — and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing or professional experience.
