EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE (AGAIN)
⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience (Again!) I’ve just left Mood Beauty in Century City, and I’m honestly beyond frustrated. I booked a 45-minute massage and only got 30 minutes. There was no electricity, which they didn’t bother to inform me about before my appointment. The treatment room was freezing, and the the******’s hands were ice cold — not what you want during a massage. To make things worse, the other staff were speaking loudly in their language right outside the treatment room, making it impossible to relax. The entire experience felt rushed, cold, and chaotic. This was my third visit, and every single time has been a disappointment. I kept hoping it would get better, but clearly, quality and customer care are not a priority here. Unbelievable. Not going back — and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing or professional experience.

Absolutely Marvelous Service
Amazing service from Norman the technician who assisted me with my laptop. He was friendly, helpful, and really just made me feel at ease and that he would do his absolute best to help me. Great service Norman. This company should be honored to have someone like you working for them.

WITHHOLDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY
Seems like this is the only way to get their attention I have been waiting for over a month for my pension money to be paid out to me. They well aware of my situation with my ID and they are withholding my hard earned money because my ID is in my maiden surname. I have been to Home Affairs took 3 days off from work and still could not get my new ID which is already done. I requested Alexander Forbes to pay my money to my Husbands account i will sign necessary documents I just want this to get over and done with yet they are refusing to assist me.

NO COMMUNICATION
Horrible service, no communication regards to my withdrawal!!!!! Would not recommend this company to anyone. ALEXANDER FORBES YOU HAVE DISSAPOINTED MANY I feel like this is just another day for you another bad comment and you just don't really care!!!!
