********. These guys should be closed down. They misrepresent themselves as a local (South African) Company and once the sale is complete, even if you attempt to cancel the transaction they ignore the instruction to cancel the sale.

Once you are in the loop, they just ignore your instructions and you end up with the item in any case. My tip is to refuse the tax payment, they eventually deliver the item in any case so at least there is a small cost to them.

Mooi&Co is in contravention of Article 29 (b) (i) of the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 by misrepresenting their goods as local.
