Since May, I have been trying to cancel my membership, and despite multiple attempts, I only received a response in late July . On July 26, 2024, I had a distressing interaction with staff member. Despite my request for email communication, she called me, asked for my ID number, and informed me that the last debit order would go off at the end of August. This was frustrating as I had already requested the settlement amount for my account.
She was rude during our conversation. When I requested to speak to a manager for clarity, she said the manager was unavailable and refused to provide the email address of the head office or a manager. When I mentioned filing a complaint and asked for her name, she abruptly hung up on me. This behavior is highly unprofessional.
I then tried getting in contact with head office and still haven't gotten any response from anyone. I just want my settlement amount so that i can pay and NEVER go back there again (I've used this membership 4 months out of 24, due to a lack of service)
