Motion Fitness Makhado. (0920) Since May, I have been trying to cancel my membership, and despite multiple attempts, I only received a response in late July . On July 26, 2024, I had a distressing interaction with staff member. Despite my request for email communication, she called me, asked for my ID number, and informed me that the last debit order would go off at the end of August. This was frustrating as I had already requested the settlement amount for my account. She was rude during our conversation. When I requested to speak to a manager for clarity, she said the manager was unavailable and refused to provide the email address of the head office or a manager. When I mentioned filing a complaint and asked for her name, she abruptly hung up on me. This behavior is highly unprofessional. I then tried getting in contact with head office and still haven't gotten any response from anyone. I just want my settlement amount so that i can pay and NEVER go back there again (I've used this membership 4 months out of 24, due to a lack of service)
Went to Exact Louis Trichardt today , wanted to try ons some clothing but when i got to the changing rooms decided to leave everything and not even try it on … none of their changing rooms has locks on the doors and doesn't close properly !
Awaiting since January 2022 for one problem to be resolved in order for me to write exams , and continue with my studies , this problem is getting in the way to successfully complete my degree on time,which has put me an entire year behind as i am unable to enroll in another university or collage. I will never recommend this institution to anyone as I unable to understand how one problem can take this long to resolve. My payments was done on time, I did everything as was requested from me, why should this become my problem
