I gave notice of my gym membership cancelation for motion fitness louis trichardt ( which was on a month to month basis )1 month in advance and was told that my last debit order would be on the 15th. The gym debited my account twice on the 15th and after several attempts to get an update from Hazel ( whom i submitted my cancelation form to)on the cancelation and being told several times that their computers are not working they are now saying they will debit again on the 30th ( 3rd debit order in one month) . I asked to speak to the manager and was told she would only be back in January 2024 and I can't be helped till then.I asked for head office contacts and the number I was given is incorrect. I'm really disappointed in this gym after being a dilligent customer and will never sign up to a motion fitness again.
