My husband and I had a disappointing experience with Innovation Group. We initially purchased a car insurance policy that came with an MFC, which expired. They contacted us to offer a renewal, which we accepted. However, when we filed a claim three months later, the service was subpar, leading us to cancel the policy.
Shockingly, they continue to debit us despite our policy cancellation. It's unacceptable to charge us for a service we can no longer use due to their stringent clauses. We urge Innovation Group to rectify this situation and stop the debits immediately. Their incompetence has led to a frustrating experience, and we caution others to be aware of their practices.
