I am not happy with them. I know that I was handed over but they hand you over to people who do not communicate at all. I made a payment of R1500 on the 7th Feb and even today it was not located. They are dealing with ****mers. When you call them, they will tell you about "you have been handed over" they do not care at all. The company they work with is Alefbet Holdings wow useless.
My husband and I had a disappointing experience with Innovation Group. We initially purchased a car insurance policy that came with an MFC, which expired. They contacted us to offer a renewal, which we accepted. However, when we filed a claim three months later, the service was subpar, leading us to cancel the policy. Shockingly, they continue to debit us despite our policy cancellation. It's unacceptable to charge us for a service we can no longer use due to their stringent clauses. We urge Innovation Group to rectify this situation and stop the debits immediately. Their incompetence has led to a frustrating experience, and we caution others to be aware of their practices. We have a problem with our router and we laid a complaint last week Thursday and we were told a technician will come and assist us but no one came. No communication at all. Their service really sucks honestly. In the last two months it broke twice. Their cables are weak and some technician are *****.
It is been a week and I have not received my money. They took my money and I was told I will be refunded and it is a week now. Delivery service sucks and the drivers are ***********. I want my money back. You ****mers.
MTN is very useless. I ordered a router online and they did not delivery it to me so I canceled the order and I have not received my refund. No communication at all. They are so ***********. No consideration. I have been emailing non-stop. Worst experience. I WANT MY MONEY!!! Many people are complaining about your service and gave y'all benefit of the doubt, only to find out that it is true. Y'all rip people off.
I took my car for a check on the 24th of October 2022, I was told that, "we cannot check your car since it shows a battery error" and I was also told that the battery charges R1300 which I was okay paying for it and now I'm requesting for my old battery back but they don't want to give me my old battery. It clearly showed that they did not put a new battery at all. These people are crooks honestly. They want to chow people's money for nothing.
I placed an ordered on the 14th June and I have not received any communication from them. Incompetent people. Bad service. I'm canceling my order. I was told that it takes 5 to 7 days but it is more than that now. Seriously not taking me serious.
I placed my order on the 30th May and scheduled for it to be delivered on Saturday 4th of June 2022. I received an sms saying that my order will be delivered before 17:00 and I am still waiting, no communication at all. I am not happy honestly.
I sent a friend of cash send via my tyme bank accounting using his number as he doesn't have the bank account but it turned out that his number was used by someone else who has a tyme bank account and the money went into his account. I have been calling tyme bank to sort this issue out to no Avail!! Can I get assistance to get my money back. This option of the money automatically going through someone's account whilst I choose the cash send option is very useless, look into it. #****ed off
