Took me the whole day waiting for the authorisation of my claim and ended up not being able to claim yet I have never claimed after 1and half years because customers are not taken care of and or at least being updated about their policies up until the final month of policy expiry the customer will be informed of the insurance policy condition. Like in my case I have tyre and rim which I claimed once since I joined it three years ago today when I was trying to claim I was held up for the whole day and ended up not getting assisted in terms of authorisation of the claim. Question is why am I'm taking such a policy when it's not gonna come to my assistance?

My husband and I had a disappointing experience with Innovation Group. We initially purchased a car insurance policy that came with an MFC, which expired. They contacted us to offer a renewal, which we accepted. However, when we filed a claim three months later, the service was subpar, leading us to cancel the policy. Shockingly, they continue to debit us despite our policy cancellation. It's unacceptable to charge us for a service we can no longer use due to their stringent clauses. We urge Innovation Group to rectify this situation and stop the debits immediately. Their incompetence has led to a frustrating experience, and we caution others to be aware of their practices. They are ******. My husband name is Ntokozo Lymon Mokubung.

I have been with Motor Engage for a couple of years. And it has been an absolute honour dealing with such a professional company. I had a claim this year and the full cost of my repair was paid with no problem whatsoever. They have rules in place and if you service your car the way you should, take it to an RMI workshop, pay your monthly fee then there is no problem. I am extremely grateful for what they have done for me. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have an Extended warranty with Blue Motor Engage insurance. In 2018 November I called them to put a claim. I was told to look for a WorkShop which is registered with RMI. The commucated with WorkShop Dealer so that they can be added on their database. The dealer was ask also ask to send the quote. The dealer was asked to strip the car so that they can to send the assessor, it took almost 3 months to send the assessor after they told that car was stripped. The assessor went and when they supposed to pay the dealer I was told to pay from my own pocket and they will refund me. I refuse to do that because I also didn't have cash. They promised to pay but after 5 month they refused to pay claiming that the dealer is not based on the industrial site. Please help me because the dealer will soon starting to charge me for a storage. My claim number is 338973.

I write this review complaining about the rejection of my claim for repairing my car. In December 2018 my car broke and I took it to Midrand Volkswagen to be repaired. A day after my car was taken to Midrand Volkswagen I received a call from Volkswagen ,I was told that I must pay R16500 for fault diagnostic.I refused to pay that amount of money for fault diagnostic because I did not have it. Then I took my car to SAC( Steve Auto Clinic Repair centre ) in Kyalami. At Steve Auto Clinic repair centre they found the fault in my car. The fault was the broken timing chain that was causing the car not to start. Fortunately I have a policy with Motor Engage Innovation Group and it is covering the timing chain. I called the Motor Engage Innovation Group informing them about my broken car and the amount they must pay to Steve Auto Clinic Repair centre but I was told that my policy is in hold (not active).I could not understand the reason why my policy was on hold as my premiums go through every month. After investigation I was informed that I was two months behind with my premiums ,they say they did not get the money in December 2017 and July 2018. Motor Engage Innovation Group customer service personnel told me to make the payment of two outstanding months on the 19 December 2018 in order for my policy to be active so that they can help me with the claim. In January 2019 Motor Engage Innovation Group sent the assessor to Steve Auto Clinic repair centre to check the damages in the car. They refused to pay arguing that the car was fixed prior their authorization but they are the ones who told me that I must make the payment first then my policy will be active and they would help me to fix the car.My Worry is that I have not claim anything from my policy and the treatment I get from them is unfair and my car mileage is 268000 Km and my policy will automatically elapse when my car reaches 300 000 Km. In other words should Motor Engage Innovation Group not help me it means I have been paying my policy for nothing and running at a loss. May you please help me to get Motor Engage Innovation Group to pay for my car. Your assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated. .
