Bad, Bad Service. On the 20/11/21, I bought everyday data on the Vodacom App. The Data was 300mb everyday for 7 days for R29. Great Right? Transaction was successful. Money taken from my Bank, Got confirmation sms from Vodacom plus their Order number (E140727397) from their Order History on their App also successful. Lo and Behold the Data was not Allocate. I called in and was told to wait 48 to 72 hours. Given ticket number after ticket number [ A9-OZS9-G3ST; A9-OZYW-6OSJ]. Promises of listening to the calls and Technicians are working on it, Too " Your request is still Pending". Today, 05/12/2021, I was given the R29 back. Airtime of course. I told the lady I wanted the special not the airtime. As it was just a great offer. But the offer is Not available anymore. You should be Ashamed.
I am utterly disgusted at vodacom. On Friday 25th Sept '20 at 09:00 I use their App to load airtime of R720 on my phone so as to buy Data. The money gets take from my Bank Account but I don't get the airtime. Notification from the bank comes through. Livid, I make a call to them and the 1st agent says I must wait an hour. Hour passes and I'm desperate for data so I buy again, using the app. This time I immediately get my data. I make several calls to vodacom to resolve this issue and get told that nothing appears on their side. Got a statement from my bank and it shows that they got the funds. It in now Tuesday 29th and still waiting... I have been with Vodacom for over 22 yrs and the service is worse and worse. I'm done.
Has anyone truly won from their summer shake? And I don't mean those clothing vouchers or those airtimes. Or are the Big prizes, like the cars and money, just fake to draw in gullible subscribers?
I bought R270 worth of Airtime from my Bank Acc via their Vodacom App. Got Confirmation from my bank and from Vodacom( via sms and Email). Balances are reflecting. I then tried to buy Data with the Airtime via the App again. The App says I have insufficient funds. Shocked, I call Vodacom to try and get to the bottom of this. I speak to their agent Linda Skosana who was the most unHelpfull person i have encounted in my life. He tells me that He sees from their system that I have recharged with R270, but amount reflexting R170. I asked him to fix it and he hears that I am freaking out about this. He was so dis-interested in my predicament. As if this happens on the daily with them. I have heard of stories like this, but never has it happened to me. I have with Vodacom for Over 20 yrs and this has made me reconsider changing to another network. Unbelievable Service. Shocking. Robbery of rhe Highest order.
I have been calling for the pass 2 weeks trying to process my claim. I have been put on HOLD and waited the longest for 2 hours. Unbelievable. I now want to cancel and can't get hold of anyone.

So I signed up with the option to cancel within 5 days if not satisfied. They sent documents via e-mail and I read them over. I was not impressed by what I read so I called today 21/092016 to Cancel. There Began the Nightmare of trying to cancel. I redirected to No Less than 7 people and being on-hold. Took me 50 minutes of my time being directed to one person to the next. That was not even the worst of it. Photela was the rudest of them all. </p>

This Company business is our to take monies out of our Bank Accounts. After they failed to respond to my complaint, I called them back. Now they tell me that the Agent (Elaine Singh) is not working there as she has not returned to work. So i talk to Bianca who informs me she will give me a recording. This Company is filled will crooks and should be INVESTIGATED.<br> PLEASE HELP!!!!!
