Refund for 4 months not paid by Old Mutual is a disgraced.
I had a policy taken with this company. I subsequently decided to cancel and inform them through their branch 4 mths ago. I have been in and out in the branch checking as to what's causes not get my refund as expected but up until now I'm being tossed from pillar to post about this legit request. To me it is pretty clear that somewhere there is a foul play. I therefore request Hellopeter to take action on my behalf and throw the reputation of this self-aaclaimed big like heaven company to refund me. I don't have wish to have any business with them regarding insurance. Thank you SS Simelane The policy number whose refund has been made for the past 4 months is CE 250648102. Failing which I will comprl to use legal recourse of the Ombudsman.

****ming of Tutuon fee under impression of late cancelation
I have been ****med by this school after O had made a cancelation of studies less than a 2 days. They ************ delayed the process so that it may look like I did not make cancelation studies within their prescribed policy on cancelation of studies. This has costed me to be charged by Fundi for the loan that could not find it's purpose of being utilized for my studies. It is unfair because Fundi continues to deduct these intalments evet month yet I was unable to continue with studies. Regenesys was so unselfish and cunning in that it wielded it's inhumane and draconian policy to claim this money under than impression. The reason is just that I was not supposebto pay this money because I canceled the registration within the prescribed time period and ************ human element got into it and they to enrich itself at my expense. Up until now i'm not able to pay other things and got to a lotnof debts as result of my money being taken as an illegitimate penalty for over 24 months now. I requests Hellopeter to put this matter to the attention of the public and other legal fraternity that there is a person who is being ****med ******ionately by a non South African business school to enrich itself on my hard earned money simply because I was jot able to go on with my studies for the reason explained to them both Fundi and Regenesys.

I'm still bogged dow...
I'm still bogged down to enormous problems here in terms of scratch and dents cover which Innovation do not bother to pay claims for or rather not take any calls when the emergency strikes to cover the damage.

Took me the whole day waiting for the authorisation of my claim and ended up not being able to claim yet I have never claimed after 1and half years because customers are not taken care of and or at least being updated about their policies up until the final month of policy expiry the customer will be informed of the insurance policy condition. Like in my case I have tyre and rim which I claimed once since I joined it three years ago today when I was trying to claim I was held up for the whole day and ended up not getting assisted in terms of authorisation of the claim. Question is why am I'm taking such a policy when it's not gonna come to my assistance?
