It is with great disappointment that in 2024 there's a company that still deals with clients so poorly, we had cancelled our policy in January 2024 but Motorsure continued debiting for 3 months. I have been in communication with Shereleen and to get her to answer to my emails is a hustle!
It's been 3 weeks since I've asked for our refund till this day it's been dead quite from Motorsure, no communication or whatsoever!!!! it shouldn't take this long to return client's money that doesn't belong to you!!!
