I went to standard bank in Newton Park, my goodness! the professionalism and how the staff treat it's clients, starting from the security guy who made sure that everyone has a parking sport the man runs in front of the car to direct you to your parking. well done standard bank I knew I chose this bank for a reason. Thank you for showing us how clients should be treated.. well done.
It's a pity that we have to resort to writing reviews about the same company MOTORSURE DIRECT!! please refund me and cancel the shortfall cover ! the car has been fully paid for over 8 years now but MOTORSURE DIRECT IS STILL DEBITING my account my emails are not being answered!!
It is with great disappointment that in 2024 there's a company that still deals with clients so poorly, we had cancelled our policy in January 2024 but Motorsure continued debiting for 3 months. I have been in communication with Shereleen and to get her to answer to my emails is a hustle! It's been 3 weeks since I've asked for our refund till this day it's been dead quite from Motorsure, no communication or whatsoever!!!! it shouldn't take this long to return client's money that doesn't belong to you!!!
I lost R2000 yesterday (08/05/2022) at Capitec bank at Bay west Mall, I was sent R2000 yesterday with Ref no. C5274193*** I tried to redeem it at Checkers Bay West an Error message cam up went to the ATM loaded Ref number together with the pin and the machine excepted everything but the money did come out to make the matters worse I called the Capitec the Lady that was suppose to assist was in a hurry like to hung up the call LIKE SHE'S NOT HIRED TO DO THE JOB !!!! Get you stuff right and pay back my money please !!!!
It's been 18 days and still have not received my book I made payments on the 29th of October 2021 and still have not received my book, The lady I spoke to Duduzile keeps playing hide and seek, I've called several times and she said my between Thursday and Friday I will get the Delivery and still NOTHING I would like to get my refunds back, I have never ever had to deal with the company so unprofessional!!!!
It is with great sadness and much regret that I unknowingly took an insurance company OLD MUTUAL to be specific that will later abuse my trust by double debiting my account, when I call them! phones are not being answered for months they have been taking money twice on my account!!!
My name is Yola, I would like to Thank Chris the Manager at Cash build-Njoli in Port Elizabeth I was mistreated by one of his stuff and he immediately called me to reassure me that the staff member will be dealt with accordingly, though the staff called and apologized Chris still called and told me his behavior and the manner which he handle the situation was still wrong and he will address it. we need more of people like Chris.
I've been trying to get my product tested since the beginning of 2019 so I can start trading but sabs has been delaying this process, Siyabonga Chonco has been making empty promises that he will get me the quote, I don't know whether I should do thing illegally maybe doing things the right way doesn't work in South Africa anymore. The Manager Dumisani Also called but nothing has been done!!! Just to get an Electric product tested takes years !!!
My mother in law passed and she was buried on the 23 of November 2019 and the claims were made on the 21 of November 2019 we had to do loans so we can bury her and til to date no one has given us any feed back and when we do get hold of them they ask us to wait for 7 days and now its been 10 days.. what happened to the the 24H service..
Shyft keeps disappointing and taking my money, I was advised to utilize shyft by a standard bank consultant because I wanted a fast way to do my abroad transfers, I sent the money on the 17 of April 2019 till to date the receiving bank hasn't received the funds, when I followed up they sent me a receipt which make no sense claiming the money sent, I asked them to recall the funds and they sent me a note saying they are not involve should the funds get lost, what level of disrespect is this!!! Can I be assisted in this matter Please.
