As an x employee. You can't rely on this company to send you correct Pension documents. After a 3 week delay I had to send the right fund papers to them to complete and submit. My leave was cancelled and I missed a milestone in my oldest son's life. My leave was suppose to be paid out to me as per the aria manager. My last day of work was 23 July, came August no payment I had to submit this query to the branch on the 25th of August. Why should I remind them they owe me leave if they were the ones that said it will be paid out. It was deducted of my July payslip but not paid in July. 26 August it was sent for approval by the aria manager. Up until today I still can't get an answer from them when I am getting this money owed to me. I have been emailing I was promised an answere Friday. Here we are 21 days later no answere. Why should I wait till 25 September? 2 mistakes made in one month with one employees money.

This place just wants your money. We have bought a new turbo from them, 3 months ago brand new. The turbo broke completely. The turbo was installed by a licensed company. When they sent in the turbo for a report to check what went wrong I mean it is only been 3 months, they come back and say it's DUST, or foreign substance. I mean how is that possible then the turbo should have broken sooner. I would not recommend them to anyone as they are in the market of making money no matter who and what they *****. I am highly disappointed at them. They are not there to help there customer's. They are there to just make money of you. Very disappointed at them.

Motus/Midas click and collect service One of the most incompetent useless companies I have ever dealt with. Ordered a part with them over a week ago and no reply, -They instantly debit your account then 5 days later tell you they are awaiting payment on a instant online card transaction. -None of their customer care numbers work that they list on their site nor do you get a reply from emails, then eventually when you find a number to contact them with, they tell you they don't know anything about online purchases nor if it exists 'who and what is Midas click and collect?' -10 EMAILS LATER -Two visits to branches -Two calls from managers -R200 in calls to call centers as it takes approximately 5 hours to get through to any one. No reply, no follow ups, no idea that they offer a online service, no correct contact numbers. How you do business evades me. Why offer this service if it is non existent? There is more chance of Oscar Pistorius growing back his legs or Jacob Zuma going to jail than Motus or Midas delivering a part in their 3 day online delivery service. Another company putting South Africa into the dark ages. Start off by fixing your telephone lines then check on my order when you discover you offer a online service. Then don't bother calling me in case some one in management has to wake up and get out of bed. My awesome experience , was with Henry and Wayne Stephen from Motus after market solutions. I needed some parts and placed a order with Henry on the 23/10/20. 14-MONTHS OF WAITING ,STILL CANNOT COMPLETE VEHICLE REPAIRS I sent my Navara 2.5 diesel bakkie for engine repairs to Motus Aftermarket ‘s ADCO Diesel Injection Specialist franchise repairs centre in April 2019.Their head office in Linbro Park referred me to their Apex ,Benoni outlet ZAKSPEED .I choose Motus franchise ADCO diesel centre hoping they are reliable and more professional , little did I knew what was awaiting for me along the way. In good faith I let them collect the vehicle to repair it.They promised to complete the repairs in 10 days.After the 10 days has passed it started to become a same song for months . It is 14-months at a time of writing this review and Motus Aftermarket still have not completed the repairs after my engine was outsourced to a backyard mechanic who lost parts and also damaged engine further. After struggles they replaced parts and repaired the engine but at time I was informed to collect the vehicle,it has gearbox issues which occurred while with them .Although they claimed they sent it to their gearbox specialist and promised to have ready for collection at the end of lockdown level 4 after fixing outstanding repairs which they said they would only require a day to complete,they are no longer communicating with me as to what is happening with the vehicle despite my constant request for updates. 11- months they had my vehicle they did not want to offer a courtesy car after some struggle they provide one 3 months ago of which they want to cancel again but still do not tell me if my vehicle repairs are completed or hand over the vehicle back to me. The CEO Malcolm Perrie and Hugo Grobler are not willing to give warranty or guarantee on the jobs done on the vehicle or hand over the vehicle but want me to collect vehicle that does not start after 14 months of repairs from a third party service provider where they sent it to. I really find it strange and so unprofessional of Motus such a big name in automotive industry to have such a bad customer care service. Lately Pieter Jacobs the company legal counsel insists there is nothing wrong that Motus Aftermarket through ADCO their diesel specialist service franchise has to explain the whereabout of my vehicle and what is happening with it after they promised to have vehicle ready for collection at where it was being repaired.Be Careful sending your vehicle to their service outlets with an ADCO brand board otherwise you are in for shocking news at the end.
