I work near the St John's Checkers in Pinetown. It has become a nightmare to drive around the vicinity! Sixty60 drivers are above the law
Placed an order on the 6th of February for roses to be delivered to a business address on the 14th of February. Come the 14th, and by 3pm, the delivery had not been made. Contacted them, and was told that delivery would be before 5pm or at 5pm. I contacted my partner and told her that she had to wait at work until 5 (how embarrassing). 5pm came and went. Contacted them and they said that they will deliver before 7pm. 7pm came and went so I canceled the order. Valentine's day was over and I didn't want my partner to wait like a fool for roses that probably wouldn't even come. My partner was contacted after 7 by the driver, saying that he is still busy delivering in an area 30 minutes away. Lucky I canceled. The problem now, is that Netflorist doesn't want to refund me. I paid using my ucount rewards and they say that they can't do a refund of ucount rewards, they can only credit me. Basically forcing me to buy from them. Why offer ucount rewards as a payment option, then? My cancelation was due to Netflorist not honoring their agreement by delivering on time. I paid premium price of r900, I expect premium service. With all of this, i did explain to Netflorist that I understand it was a busy day. However, they took my payment and now need to do right
The pinetown branch has no respect for neighboring stores. Playing music on the road so loud, that my customers and I have to shout to communicate. I have told them to turn it down several times. These guys are like the mafia.
Bought soy milk from Checkdate under the impression that the products they sell are close to the expiration date. The soy milk expired in December 2022; a whole 2 years years ago.
Misleading. When signing up, they state that you get the first 3 months free. This is a lie, as you get zero benefits during this time. It's more like a waiting period: sign up today and in 3 months you can use the benefits. What is even the point? Rather just charge me from the start..
When you're signing up, they will be quick to phone you. You'll get amazing assistance right until the point where you officially sign up. After that, you will get no help. You can't phone, you're forced to "chat" via whatsapp. Don't reply in a few minutes and they will drop you and then you can't get help. I am sincerely surprised at how bad it is.
Unbelievably horrible service. I've had a tracking unit from Netstar for 14 years. Now the unit is faulty and the alarm is going off. For weeks I have been phoning. For weeks I have been emailing. From one department to another. The people on the phone don't care and simply send you back to the main menu. The people on email, the best they can say is "the matter has been escalated". I now have to pay a third party to find and remove the faulty netstar tracking unit. Stay away from this company; if you have a problem THEY WILL NOT ASSIST YOU.
Prejudiced. Horribly rude service and treatment of certain customers. Manager and "bouncer" are terrible
Perhaps it is best that they are closing. Service is quite bad. Purchased a Blu ray. I was told it will take 2 months. 2 months came and went.
The guys from Kia Pinetown, supplied me with 2 different sized shocks. When I complained, they tried to push it of as being correct. Finally, they were unable to supply me. Their service has being completely consistent, in the 9 years I've been dealing with them. I now drive to Durban; stay away from these guys!
