Last night for supper I ordered KFC via Uber eats. The order got sent to mount Edgecombe branch The chicken arrived boiled n pink. We were disgusted. Make it worst I didn't get refunded. I want a full replacement meal and to be compensated from kfc. We actually threw up cos of the food

I bought kfc with 2 different orders this evening on 1/09/25. They took the cash money nicely but forgot part of my order mash and gravy. When I contacted customer care, they gave me a story stating I will receive a coupon.. A COUPON FOR WHAT???? Must my family must eat the chicken dry??? NEVER AGAIN WILL I SUPPORT THIS BRANCH. PATHETIC SERVICE YET TAKE OUR MONEY SO FAST..

I bought kfc with 2 different orders this evening on 1/09/25. They took the cash money nicely but forgot part of my order mash and gravy. When I contacted customer care, they gave me a story stating I will receive a coupon.. A COUPON FOR WHAT???? Must my family must eat the chicken dry??? NEVER AGAIN WILL I SUPPORT THIS BRANCH. My family and I had no time to eat cos we had a family member that was taken to hospital n we were running around with family we decided on our way home we would grab KFC.. My worst mistake it was horrible n stale. The crunch burgers were small n the filet was stale. It had no taste we spent R192. 26..was totally disgusting and stale😡

Bought a bucket of 24 zinger wings only to find human hair on two of the wings. When I contacted the store, they offered to replace TWO that we had found the hair on. Children where eating thesr wings, how do we know that the kids didn't notice the hair and ate the wings with hair it on.

Dear KFC Customer Service, I am extremely frustrated with my experience at your Mount Edgecombe branch on February 9, 2025. I had a R100 voucher from Standard Bank that I wanted to use to purchase a meal. Since I wasn't sure if it would work on the self-service kiosk, I approached a cashier for assistance. She helped me test the voucher by selecting a single item, and it was accepted. However, she did not allow me to complete my full order at the kiosk. When I wanted to add more items, she told me I had to place the order at the till instead. But when we tried using the voucher at the till, your system suddenly stopped accepting it. We attempted multiple times, but it simply wouldn’t work. The cashier, though kind, even offered to pay for the voucher herself—something that should never have been necessary because this issue was entirely due to your faulty system. I did not accept her offer because it was not her fault, but I expect KFC to take responsibility. I do not want to be referred to Standard Bank because this is not their fault. Your system accepted the voucher, and then it failed. KFC must resolve this issue and compensate me accordingly. My voucher’s wiCode is 453 393 348. I expect a prompt resolution.
