Bad planning/lies causing bad service & experience

Electricity was off, not due to loadshedding, in our opinion the reason seems like a lie. No back up as expected with a guesthouse was made. Gate ran flat, we almost couldnt get out to during the night as was arranged to pick child waiting at venue for us, no thought was give to gate situation. Pinic was unpractical as it was pitch dark outside. Had to spent money too eat out. No back up lights offered for picnic. It was said that lights are in the rooms cupboard, only one for both rooms. No calls answered in the night during emergency. Cold water showers and bath due to above. Old cake. Spa ladies finished with treatments 15 min in advance so they can go home. Not willing to refund in full. Had too leave in the middle of the night due to cicumstances and put our lives at risk. No cellphone reception or wi fi, what does a person do in a emergency? Biggest thing of all, the pictures on the website isnt the same place, this is fraud!! ALSO SEE ALL THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS PLACE ON TRIP ADVISOR. THEY ALSO SHARE THE SAME NAME AS A LARGE HOTEL IN CAPE TOWN, DID THEY DO A CO SEARCH AND REGISTER WHEN CHOOSING THIS NAME? Overall a nightmare. Service was friendly but just too many hick ups
