Since Mr Fix it collected my washing machine to this say they disappeared on me, I since paid R245 for call out fee and that was the last time I heard from them. I tried calling them they are nowhere to be found the address given on the receipt, when I went there I was told they moved. I have lost my washing machine to them and my call out fee.

Absolutely unprofessional!! I do not recommend using them at all. They will say they coming through at a certain time and only arrive an hour before 5 or close of business so they can come back tomorrow which means charging clients more labour. They have inflated the costs unreasonably for work done irrespective of the minimal work and material used.

Would give this company a zero rating if it was possible. They are the biggest bunch of scammers. The first sign of trouble was their inability to keep appointment times. Next red flag was not answering calls and text messages. I should never have given them my machine to be taken away as this just increased my frustration as they never bothered to answer their phones. Cell numbers and office numbers were disconnected and place of business isn't as indicated on their website. The absolute worst experience in my live when it came to a simple repair job. Stay away from Mr Fixit. I will be more than happy to join in legal action against them. They cannot be allowed to continue taking hard working people's money .

I contacted "Mr Fix It Appliance Repair" on the 2nd Jan 2019 and spoke to somebody called "Koosie" to come out and take a look at why my Defy DFC403 fridge/freezer was having temperature issues. He said he or one of his staff would come and assist me the following day. The following morning Timothy and another chap arrived at my house to examine the fridge/freezer. Both Timothy and the other chap appeared to be friendly and started fiddling around inside the application. After about 30min Timothy said he believes he located the problem with the fan/motor in the freezer compartment and that it would need replacing. He removed the fan/motor and said I had to pay him the R245 call out fee which I did. Unfortunately for me I only had x3 R100 notes on me and he said he didn't have any change with him but not to worry as he would return later that afternoon once he got a replacement part. He did however mention that the replacement part would not be a genuine Defy part as apparently Defy (country wide) were closed for a 2 week stock take. This wasn't an issue as the fridge/freezer was out of warranty so as long as the part worked I didn't mind. Needless to say Timothy left my house with my "faulty part" and R300 never to return! Despite numerous WhatsApp messages and phone calls later I'm unable to get hold of him. Trying to reach him on ********** or ********** either goes straight to voice mail or gets cut off. To anyone out there looking for somebody to assist with appliance repairs please avoid using "Mr Fixit Appliance Repair". Their work ethic is non-existent and they just going to rip you off!

Mr Fixit charged me a call-out fee, just to dent my dishwasher, and never to return again. Many calls and promises later and they never came back. They stole my money and damages my appliance.

Crooks in Cape Town. They don't exist. It's theft racket. Be warned. Mr Fix It Appliance repairs is not a real company. Seems to be Malawian theft ring. They are simply out to scheme people. Do not let them in your home. Happy to provide more information upon request.
